mbc0
Hi, My Log file is full and I can see it is full of these errors. The only change I made a couple of weeks ago was for Plex to use RAM for transcoding is it possible to be the cause? mbc0
I am trying to download diags to upload but system is running so slow, cannot reboot yet as recording a tv show. Would the diags/logs tell you what is causing the problem as would really like to keep RAM transcoding with Plex Quote Link to comment

mbc0
ah really? I have 64GB thought that would be enough! Quote Link to comment
mbc0
OK, found quite a lot of people with this issue on unraid, doesn't appear to be related to plex ram transcoding, looks to be an unraid bug/problem Quote Link to comment
Squid
This problem after investigation by other users seems to be related primarily to portable devices when they sleep and have a browser session open to the OS (main / dashboard) when this happens. It's not a bug / problem per se with the OS, but rather a bug with the mobile browsers and them not releasing the websocket when they go to sleep. The solution is to close all browser tabs. mbc0
Oh wow! I see! I have just started using sleep/hibernate on my main desktop which indeed has web browsers open to my unraid servers I would never have thought that would have caused an issue or even been related at all! Is the "solution" to close the browsers? there is nothing I can change on my server side as I will struggle to remember to do this and/or not be in front of my Desktop when it decides to sleep every time. Many thanks!! Quote Link to comment
Squid
The investigation showed that portables (android) caused it. But it would be possible for I suppose for anything that sleeps to cause it. Quote Link to comment
mbc0
ok, quite the coincidence that I started using sleep/hibernate on my Desktop a week or so ago so I will close browsers and monitor, thank you Quote Link to comment
