Hi I am also unable to provision a certificate. I have had trouble since 6.10. I was told it should be fixed in 6.11 but still an issue for me. This is causing me to be unable to update dockers and plugins, which is a real issue for me as they all need updating.

Diagnostics attached.

bocktopia.com-diagnostics-20221007-1921.zip

I get the error now

Same error right now.

Getting an error as well.

Just tried to Provision and get the error.

same on 6.11.1 since  the weekend. For a short time today it worked. As Dumb as I was I wanted to demonstrate to my buddy deletet it to via the button and wanted to provision again and voila does not work again:)

Hi folks, Sorry for the trouble, we had some database issues that took a bit to track down. Things are back up and running now, but if you continue to have problems please post a note here shortly after attempting to provision and we'll check the logs around that time.

@ljm42

Still having problems, tried 3 times now and no certificate.
