Dax Posted October 4, 2022 Share Posted October 4, 2022 I have added an extra 10TB drive to my system. Unraid recognized it and show it but will not allow it to spin up. Has anybody had this issue. The system did run through the data rebuild. I have attached a few logs. Of course the disk had to "spin up" to rebuild to it. What do you really mean? Also, that screenshot showed disk2 disabled. Do you mean it became disabled again after rebuild? Quote Link to comment
Dax Posted October 5, 2022 Author Share Posted October 5, 2022 I apologize maybe I should have said enabled since the red x said disabled and that the contents have been emulated. I am replacing a old drive with this one. I would like to eventually add a second parity drive. The diagnostic zip is big what files from it would be helpful. The one that sticks out to me is the smart folder and the syslog. The disk I replaced said Disk Dsbl. 35000cca2566b77d8-20221004-1431 disk3 (sdd) - DISK_DSBL.txt syslog.txt Quote Link to comment

If you think it is a bunch of separate files and folders it is because your computer automatically opens zip files. Find the single diagnostics zip file wherever your downloads go and attach to your NEXT post. Quote Link to comment
