Unable to get Remote Access to show up on My Servers webpage

Featured Replies

I recently added a Pihole to my network.

My unRAID servers are both on a network that my Pihole is the DNS for.

However, I have my unRAID server's DNS set Statically to 1.1.1.1

For whatever reason I can not get the My Servers plugin to show REMOTE ACCESS.

It only ever shows LOCAL ACCESS.

The odd thing is the WAN IP Check never finishes. It just states: CHECKING WAN IPs...

My port forwarding is setup correctly, which you can see in the screenshots.

Is there something else I'm missing?

Do I need to connect my unRAID servers to a network that my Pihole isn't the DNS for, even if unRAID DNS is set to 1.1.1.1?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

You need to access the My Servers dashboard from a remote location, then it will show the Remote Access url instead of the Local Access url.

Wow, I'm stupid.

Thanks for the help. I appreciate it.

No worries, it is a point of confusion we are working to improve
