November 30, 201114 yr then plex isn't running any more. it looks like it starts, and then crashes. go to the install directory (/usr/local/plex) edit the start.sh script. delete these two lines: export LC_ALL="en_US.UTF-8" export LANG="en_US.UTF-8" then start it with su unraid-plex -s /bin/bash -c "./start.sh" again and post the output. I have done as said but now when i try start plex from the code you have stated su unraid-plex -s /bin/bash -c "./start.sh" i get this error ./Plex Media Server: error while loading shared libraries: libjemalloc.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory and when i try starting it through unraid it just turns off, Please could you advise

November 30, 201114 yr Well, i can definitely say for sure now Plex is unstable for me and still crashes (0.9.5.1). As far as i can tell, its not memory related as it was fine when i spent some time checking memory hourly. it stayed around 200mB. Plex Media Server is down but some plex plugin is still running. (com.plexpapp.system). I'm adding a cronjob till i know whats going on but i don't see much indication of what happened in the logs. I do see UPnP and NAT dumps in the last part of the logs, but: 1. all other services on the same box still work fine 2. The server actually became unreachable from my iphone around 2PM, the last log entries are from around 10PM. (This is also why im affraid a cronjob might not be a good workaround as it seems the process didnt die right away) 3. Despite these errors, why would the entire process get killed? Do you know where Plex keeps change logs? I tried to find one on the site but couldn't find any.
