Between 20 minutes and 2 hours unraid stops responding and all VMs/docker images become unresponsive.

I start seeing this

```
ping: sendto: Host is down
```

I've changed my Network Settings to:

```
Enable Bonding : No
Enable Bridging : No
Docker -> Host access to custom networks: Enabled
```

Since I read in the release notes this can help, for 6.12.4, I didn't have any issues in 6.12.3, but rolling back now doesn't appear to resolve the issue.  I've switched out my USB stick because I was getting weird boot errors, this doesn't appear to be the issue...During all these hard power down cycles and reboots I also got a SMART Error on my Parity Drive (new drive coming today) although this might of been a false positive.

I enable syslog, but i'm not sure I did it right...

Thanks so much for that @JorgeB

This is done in the bios (I did from seeing your post, crashes still happening)

I've know changed the RAM speed to 2666 and disable gloabl c states

I'll report back if it crashes again.
