--Kyle--
I'm getting this error and following the recommended procedures and posting diagnostics file. I do not have Nerdpack installed which I understand is a common cause of this problem. Thank you all in advance for your assistance. tower-diagnostics-20231125-0943.zip Quote Link to comment
Squid
Looks like CT500MX500SSD1_2303E69FAF02-2023-07-14 cache2 (sdj) dropped offline / dropped dead. Check the cabling Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Also make sure the firmware is up to date, some older versions are known to make the device drop: https://forums.unraid.net/topic/137795-6115-issues-with-btrfs-cache-after-ssds-replacement-and-hw-upgrade/?do=findComment&comment=1265949 Quote Link to comment
--Kyle--
Thank you @Squid you were right, the cable had loosened. After I shut down the server and reconnected the cable, all disks show up normally. However now when I start up I'm getting the message "Docker Service failed to start." I have posted an updated diagnostics file, thank you again. tower-diagnostics-20231202-0049.zip Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
First thing is to run a correcting scrub on the pool and check if all errors are corrected, but the docker image may still be need to be recreated. Quote Link to comment
