Bmalone
I have set up a new NAS and have started to transfer ~32TB to my new Unraid server using Krusader. Source system is a Synology NAS. Since there is a lot of data, I've been transferring my films in batches by transferring every film that starts with an 'a', then 'b', and so on. I have not set any parity and have cache set to 'none' (all the articles I could find that were relevant seem, to be transferring/moving data within Unraaid and/or using cache). For some reason, as soon as I got to 'e', the films don't show up any longer in the share or in the disk I'm filling up, but I can see that there is more data in the target share, which looks equivalent to the amount of data I would expect transferred. I've used Dynamix File Manager, Finder, and Explorer and the files are lost/not visible. Before I delete everything and revert to using Explorer or Finder, does anyone have any idea why this might be happening? Sorry if this is better suited to an Krusader forum but I thought someone might have experienced the same since it seems like it would be a pretty common scenario. Quote Link to comment
itimpi
Cannot see from your description any obvious reason why the files should not be visible. I suggest you should post your system's diagnostics zip file in your next post in this thread to get more informed feedback. It is always a good idea to post this if your question might involve us seeing how you have things set up or to look at recent logs. Quote Link to comment

itimpi
The diagnostics are a single zip file. You seem to have posted separately all the files from inside that zip. Please repost the single zip. Quote Link to comment
Bmalone
My media share randomly disappeared again. Can't be seen from Finder or Explorer. Also, Finder usually has access to the share, but cannot upload files at all, even in safe mode. goathead-diagnostics-20240312-2022.zip Edited March 13 by Bmalone Quote Link to comment
Bmalone
The unraidata share disappeared again. I have 2 x 36 bay NAS' and this is really making me question whether Unraid is reliable enough to continue investing in. Quote Link to comment
Bmalone
So check this out. Below you can see 2 views of the same share, one being viewed in Unraid GUi and the other in Explorer over SMB. The 'Downloads' folder is visible in SMB, but not in Unraid. How can this be explained? The share is public and all permissions are set to RW. There must be a bug here. Quote Link to comment
