vernichter04
Hello, I use a back-ups and unraid with NUT and it works. I don't need apcupsd. apcupsd started automatically and report an error (no connection). NUT works fine. can I uninstall the apcupsd-service from unpaid? how? unraid-version is 6.12.8 Edited July 3 by vernichter04 Quote Link to comment
tjb_altf4
Might be slightly different as I'm on 6.11.5, but should be Settings > UPS Settings > Start APC IPS daemon = No Quote Link to comment
Rysz
Can you please post your diagnostics file - it shouldn't restart on its own. Quote Link to comment

Rysz
Just now, SimonF said: There was an issue before when log rotation was processed it started apcupsd even when not enabled. But that was fixed. Might be a good time to update to 6.12.10 then, it's been stable as a rock for me. 🙂 Quote Link to comment

Solution SimonF Posted July 3 Solution Share Posted July 3 2 minutes ago, vernichter04 said: Ok, thank you, I update my unraid 🙂 You can disable logrotation, or add entry into go file to rm /etc/logrotate.d/apcupsd Will look into a fix. Quote Link to comment
