Luckily, they are both mountable and being emulated correctly. Rebuild ETA is 12hrs for these 4tb drives not bad :)

Just chiming in here, I see the issue was identified as coming from enabling drivetemp. Another CoolerControl user had essentially the same issue and identified that in versions of Unraid earlier than 7.0.1 there was a kernel bug that caused issues with drivetemp and spun down drives: https://lore.kernel.org/linux-cve-announce/2025012131-CVE-2025-21656-b967@gregkh/T/#u

I've updated the CoolerControl docs to warn users about this issue and sorry you ran into this!
