Spants please!

Fixed (my fault) (The typo goes all the way back to when I originally added your repo to the Repositories thread)

Can you make it work with some sort of rowspan? The current code is here: https://github.com/gfjardim/repo.update . Squid is testing some changes in his repo.

I forked the repo of Squid and started playing with the table to see what is possible.

I am able to make a single table with allows sorting on repo names too and the ability to show/hide the individual dockers of each repo, this collapses the list and gives the possibility to open and view an individual repo in a condensed way. Attached some screenshots.

I moved the searchbox to the top (in tabbed view) or into the title bar (non-tabbed view).

That is the good news ... investigating why MSIE doesn't play nice (all other browsers work okay).

And a picture of the non-collapsed situation and reverse order (to show that sorting does work) ...

only 13 in my repo, i'm slacking, lol.

You've got another 16 in your beta section  ;)

Tonight (barring any QC disasters), I will be pushing Bonienl's update which has the collapsable repository tables.

At that point, I believe that we are just about at the limit of what we can easily accomplish feature wise given the current features of dockerMan.

Since the obvious direction this plugin is taking us is towards an appstore of sorts, I figured that while I have nothing to do at work today, I would throw out to the community what sort of features you would like in that kind of application.  This is however not implying that this would happen however, since any additional features to dockerMan I would think are subject to LT's approval / decisions.  (and even if it does happen, I would think that this won't happen until post 6 Final if at all.

Just curious on everyone's thoughts - Maybe something will be doable under the current version.

categories and/or page breaks

Just installed the new version and it is beautiful. Thanks bonienl for the overhaul.

I just miss one thing: search text highlight. Can we put it back?

I was neutral and it didn't bother me, so I let it slide.  But I just added it back in.  Testing now.

EDIT: Updated in 24a

categories and/or page breaks

Today's update of 2015.04.25 now has a feature to show/hide beta repositories (about the only category available under the current system)

You can also click on the name of the repository to have it individually show or hide.

Nice touch, thanks for the update.

Finally got around to adding the help files (update 2015.04.26)  However, instead of merely a static display the control buttons for the plugin are duplicated (and fully functional) within the help, and the help itself is context aware - in other words, the help knows if show beta is selected, if show all containers is selected, if search results are displaying, and will adjust itself accordingly.  Had a couple of hours to kill while the wife was out to bingo, and figured I'd play around a bit.  Still room for improvement, but not bad for a concept.

As an aside, I never really realized just how much faster Chrome is at rendering pages than Internet Explorer.  In bouncing back and forth between pages making sure everything works 100%, there is a noticeable lag (~1.5 seconds) with IE while it renders the page that just isn't there with Chrome.

The Javascript engine is the one to praise/blame. Chrome JS engine is much faster than others around, including Firefox.

Very sexy pluggin for dockers, well done and thanks.

If anyone else is trying to work out how to get the tabbed view for this pluggin, you need to select tabbed view in the display settings under settings.

Is this a bug?

1)  Goto Community Repositories tab.

2)  Search Sonarr.

3)  Click the icon for gfjardim's version.

4)  Turn on "advanced mode" and you will notice that the repo it's adding isn't gfjardim's sonarr, but needo's nzbdrone.

It seems half of the items listed under gfjardim actually link to needo's repo.  Is that by design and I'm just missing something here?

nzbdrone is now called sonarr.

Right, I got that. I was more referring to needos stuff showing up under gfjardims repo.

Needo has never had a repository of his own.  All of his containers have always been under gfjardim's repository

this plugin could make it easier for you to install one of my containers, lol.

Needo is a pioneer in this Docker stuff, I learned a lot from him. When I wrote the first templates (needo's among them) they were shipped within the today's Docker Manager. When Tom asked me to integrate it into the core system, he asked me to move templates elsewhere, so users didn't though they were official. We then figured out the repositories, a way many templates could be shared within one URL.

At a first moment, I removed all the templates and put them on my repo. As maintainers were creating their repositories, I removed them from my own; needo never created his repo, so they stayed there.

I just installed this and when I try to "Update Repositories" i get
