Recently, I started hearing suttle clicking sound coming from the PC. What's the best way to isolate it? The tower seems to be working Ok and the last parity check completed without errors.

Screwdriver in the ear.

 

Put the base (not the point!) of the screwdriver in your ear and put the point against different components to find where the noise is coming from.

Clicking drive can be a sign of impending failure or loose cabling.

That's what worries me.

Clicking drive normally equals heads not parking and imminent failure (in my experience). So make sure it's a hdd clicking first

I've heard the drive clicking noises before and this does not sound the same. Hopefully, it's something else. Also, not PSU...
