scottc
quick search and found this http://www.amazon.com/Aleratec-Molex-Adapter-Inches-6-Pack/dp/B006P61KH0 Quote Link to comment
Sharpy
So I would be better off with a standard PSU with many sata ports and just use these adaptor so to convert the sata power into molex power Is there any difference in power and reliability as sata sends an extra 3v than molex and there are special clips do any of you use these adaptor so for your builds ? scottc
If you are needing a new PSU, i would get a modular one like this http://www.corsair.com/en-us/cx-series-cx600m-modular-atx-power-supply-600-watt-80-plus-bronze-certified-modular-psu then just get extra Molex cables for it Quote Link to comment

I can only speak from personal experience, but I have a 750w PSU using a bunch of sata to molex adapters and haven't had an issue in the 4-5 years that it has been running... Quote Link to comment
switchman
While adapter cables will work, I second the motion of the modular PS solution. Quote Link to comment
DoeBoye
Agreed. Modular will definitely give you a cleaner build. Just saying that the adapter cables do work. Especially if you already have a PSU. Quote Link to comment

rattlehead05
I agree with reza59, just be careful about accidentally crossing +5vDC & +12vDC on these fancy all-black cables every PSU seems to ship with nowadays! I am speaking from experience on this one! Quote Link to comment
