Separate Notification Settings for OS updates

Featured Replies

Although motivated by CA's autoupdating of plugins feature (http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=40262.msg464895#msg464895), I do think that it would be highly useful for a separate notification for OS updates.

ie: even without CA installed, I might want to only know about plugin updates via email, but since an OS update tends to be a tad important, I might want to know about it via browser, email, and agents.

Understood.  Was looking for a separate notification setting for the OS itself.

Under ideal circumstances I wouldn't mind also seeing a low priority motivation setting also.  But that's just me dreaming
