I have 2 parity drives

I have 2 HDDs I would like to upgrade. Can I upgrade both of them at the same time or does it have to be done one at a time

I have moved all of the data off of them so both of them are empty

With dual parity yes.

You can replace both disks at the same time and due to dual parity both are rebuild simultaneously (moving data off wasn't really necessary).

Because two new disks are involved here, it requires all other disks to function properly. If you don't want this risc, do one disk at the time.

(my own experience: have done several dual disks upgrades without issues)
