Internet connection

For a few days, without changing settings, unraid has problems with the Internet.

 

At first, I thought of a lack of total connection but in fact there is a present connection but it only works when we use IP, by domain names, it does not work.

 

Someone would have a solution? Where to look? What to configure?

Please describe your problem in more detail.  Are you talking about getting access from your Unraid server (a docker or plugin) to the Internet?  Or is it a VM that is running under Unraid having a problem getting to the Internet?  Or is it a computer on the LAN that is having problems connecting to your Unraid server?

 

It would also be most useful if you would post up the diagnostics file.   Tools   >>>   Diagnostics

It is the server that can not access the Internet (unless the target is an IP, if it's a name, it does not work).

And therefore, if the server does not connect properly, it's the same for any plugin, docker, or VM.

In the terminal if I do:

~# ping google.fr
ping: unknown host google.fr

However, if I use the IP of the targeted site:

~# ping 172.217.22.131

Have ypu tried just simply giving the server static dns addresses.
