Did anyone's Jellyfin break when updating unraid from 7.1.4 to 7.2.3 or 7.2.4?

Mine broke when I updated in February, so I just rolled back due to lack of time, and it worked fine again.

Just checking in if it can have been a known error, or if I should plan for many hours (fault handling) when I try update unraid again, instead of a quickie.

Not sure if this is the place to post this question.

I am running this image on my unraid setup and am using QSV with an intel A380. Things are mostly transcoding fine, but I have been having issues since the last unraid update with long buffering times or transcodes not even playing (although I can see them progressing using gpu statistics).

Do I need the parameter listed on the support page for opencl? Or is that unrelated?

I cannot for the life of me get transcoding to work with a B580.

I have done this:

Intel GPU

1.  Edit your go file and add modprobe i915 to it, save and reboot.

2.  Add the Jellyfin container and add --device=/dev/dri to extra parameters (switch on advanced template view)  There is no need to chmod/chown the /dev/dri, this is handled by the container.

As well as added the mod

The card shows up in dri

root@Tower:~# ls -l /dev/dri

total 0

drwxrwxrwx 2 root root 80 Apr 29 16:03 by-path/

crwxrwxrwx 1 root video 226, 0 Apr 29 16:03 card0

crwxrwxrwx 1 root video 226, 128 Apr 29 16:03 renderD128

Jellyfin logs show it downloads the opencl-intel files and installs them.

Direct play works fine.

Intel_GPU_TOP and GPU Statistics installed

Transcode works when set to "None" but kills my CPU

Transcode does not work with QSV or VA-API, i just get the below.

Playback Error

Playback failed due to a fatal player error.

Updated my BIOS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI II

GPU shows up in GPU Statistics: 06:00.0: Battlemage G21 [Arc B580] - 0000:06:00.0

GPU shows up in System Devices: 06:00.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Battlemage G21 [Arc B580]

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also when trying to transcode the GPU Statistics does not show Jellyfin as an active app.

This was the reason btw: https://forums.unraid.net/bug-reports/stable-releases/lost-nvidia-driver-after-upgrading-to-720-r4167/

It seems like the syuncplay feature is missing or broken or something because I'm not seeing any option to activate or use it, create/join groups etc. All the searching I've done says the button should be right there on the video playback page but I've never seen it on any browser or version so far... is there something I need to do to enable it?
