Cannot write to disks anymore / fix write permissions?

Hey all,

I recently wanted to upgrade my Unraid Server to an AMD 3900X and X570 motherboard.

After replacing my AMD Ryzen 1700 and X470 motherboard for the new hardware i noticed the powerusage was much higher and Nextcloud wasnt working anymore.

I decided to return the new hardware and stick with my older 1700 and X470, after all the server had been running great for over a year and the hardware is only a year old.

Now that my older hardware is back in the server i have a couple of issues;

- All the new files written to the cachedrive remain there, the mover doesnt move them to the array.

- When i want to create a new folder from a windows 10 file explorer i get an unexpected error 0x8000FFFF.

- Nextcloud still isnt working, the container starts but from inside my house or outside i cant reach the server, when i load the webgui i get the following error on the webgui page: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator if this error reappears multiple times, please include the technical details below in your report. More details can be found in the server log.

When i look at the logs i see 2 errors Dec 14 09:50:06 Unraid nginx: 2019/12/14 09:50:06 [error] 7925#7925: *3037 FastCGI sent in stderr: "Primary script unknown" while reading response header from upstream, client: 127.0.0.1, server: , request: "GET /admin/api.php?version HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php5-fpm.sock:", host: "127.0.0.1" Dec 14 09:50:06 Unraid nginx: 2019/12/14 09:50:06 [error] 7925#7925: *3039 FastCGI sent in stderr: "Primary script unknown" while reading response header from upstream, client: 127.0.0.1, server: , request: "GET /admin/api.php?version HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php5-fpm.sock:", host: "localhost"

-I have the idea to redo my cachedisk, clear it out and add it fresh but also through Krusader when i want to copy all the data to the array i get a weird IO error when i try to move files from the cache to a backup folder on the array.

All of this seems like there is something wrong with the read/write permissions on all of my drives or something.

Im on the verge of starting all over and reinstall the server from scratch but that is going to be a lot of work.

I have attached the servers diagnostics in a zip file.

Anyone some advice?

Thanks in advance.

Rgds,

Marty

You may be wondering why you have not received a response to this point.  Your logs cover a period of 5 minutes which did not include the time period in which you quoted here:

But the syslog is also being spammed by these entries:

Courtesy of @Squid, this is caused by:

wrong csrf_token - CSRF tokens are randomly generated at every boot of unRaid.  You will see this error if you have one browser tab pointed at a page in unRaid and on another tab you initiate a restart of unRaid.  Note that the browser in question can also be on any device on your network.  This includes other computers, tablets, phones, etc.  IE: Close the other browser tabs.  This error can also be caused by mobile apps such as ControlR checking the status of unRaid but the server has been rebooted after the app was started.  Restart the application to fix.

To get the help, you need to first correct this problem.  Then generate each problem to make sure it still exists.  Note the time and reference that time in your reply.

For this one, make sure that you also reboot the WIN10 computer.  Note any requests for logins.  Check the credential manager and delete any credentials that involve your Unraid server.

You have Netdata running.  This error is expected and normal
