Barod Posted January 19, 2020 Author Share Posted January 19, 2020 So I found a Backup, but it is before updating to the actual version and after the backup I added one harddrive. I was able to restore the backup to a new usb stick and updated to 6.8.1. How can I add the new HDD without loosing any data. BTW the old stick could be opened on a PC Quote Link to comment

Barod Posted January 19, 2020 Author Share Posted January 19, 2020 1. copied the old backup I fond to a new USB Stick 2. Booted the server with the new stick. 3. Updated to the actual version of the corrupted Stick 4. looked into the super.dat on the corrupted USB-Stick for the HDD sequence of the array 5. made a new array and selected the same sequence of the HDD's 6. started the array and taaaadaaaaa all data is back and syncing started.
