Hey I'm absolutely loving this docker, Great job. I was just wondering if there was a way to change it to Jupyter Hub.

  • Greetings -   This looks awesome, however upon installation I receive the following:   root@localhost:# /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/scripts/docker run -d --name

  • You didn't set a path in the template when installing for the second path, and just left it blank.  (But, the app's default xml could be amended to include a default path there.)

  • I just want to say thank you very much for this program! I have been looking for something like this for years to organize my college notes and other things.

Last time I tried I was out of my depth with it and currently I don't have much time.

I have the intention to add more functionalities to the JupyterLab, once I have more time.

I noticed conda isn't installed on this docker of jupyterlab.  Is there a way to install conda onto this package or should I look for a different docker container?

Sorry for the (very) late reply.

There is a comment ITT explaining how to update packages.

For updating everything and installing conda it would be:

yay -Syyu python-conda

But perhaps you want anaconda instead?

yay -Syyu anaconda

Honestly, I would recommend using `pacman` and `yay` wherever possible instead of `conda` or `pip`.

I just installed Trilium and loving it so far. However I can not seem to get it to work with Nginx Proxy Manager. It seems to work 2 or 3 mins at a time then I get a 502 Bad Gateway. Then another 2 to 3 mins it starts working again. Very strange behavior.

This error pops up when it stops working:

Error when calling PUT notes/VD1VrJbAP1DY/title: error - <html> <head><title>502 Bad Gateway</title></head> <body> <center><h1>502 Bad Gateway</h1></center> <hr><center>openresty</center> </body> </html> <!-- a padding to disable MSIE and Chrome friendly error page --> <!-- a padding to disable MSIE and Chrome friendly error page --> <!-- a padding to disable MSIE and Chrome friendly error page --> <!-- a padding to disable MSIE and Chrome friendly error page --> <!-- a padding to disable MSIE and Chrome friendly error page --> <!-- a padding to disable MSIE and Chrome friendly error page -->

I have tried with and without "Websocket Support".

Has anyone gotten Trilium to work with Nginx Proxy Manager?

  • 3 months later...

I'm running the Jupyter docker and it's working well, but I'm unable to get a password authentication configured instead of using a token. It seems the config files are not being written or are being reset after updating/restarting the container.

I have /root/.jupyter forwarded to /mnt/user/appdata/jupyterlab/config; which seems to work to load a config file:

Loaded config files:
  /root/.jupyter/jupyter_server_config.json

The contents of the file are

{
  "IdentityProvider": {
    "hashed_password": 'argon2:XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX',
    "allow_password_change": false

  }
}

Is there another way to prevent the token/password change screen and set a password for the server?

Thanks

rusty

Updated to latest version and now the container won't start

ERROR: Current DB version 228 is newer than the current DB version 227, which means that it was created by a newer and incompatible version of Trilium. Upgrade to the latest version of Trilium to resolve this issue.

nothing custom on this instance. Any ideas on how to resolve?

I have a similar error, I tried removing the docker and image, then reinstalling, now getting:

Any idea what could be wrong?

Ah, I ran sudo apt update & upgrade, now the benchmark is running

I have Trillium set up on my unraid server and I want to sync my Windows machine with the unraid instance but when I run the "Test sync" on the windows machine, I get the following:

Sync server handshake failed, error: Could not setup sync since local sync protocol version is 32 while remote is 26. To fix this issue, use same Trilium version on all instances.

Local = Win 10

Remote = Unraid

Both machines are on my home network.  No proxy.

Is there a way to get the unraid Trillium updated to the newer sync protocol version?

Thanks

This may be a feature in trillium next which this image is not based on. But to @BGameiro do you have any plans to switch this container to point at the trilium next project?

Thanks in advance.

I upgraded to Triliumnext. It uses the same database, but...

I had an 'up-to-date' Trilium installation *according to the entry on the Docker tab*, but when I tried the replacement Triliumnext, I hit a complete roadblock telling me Trilium hadn't been updated, so the database was out of date. Logs had "App db version is 228, while db version is 215. Migration needed." and "ERROR: migration failed, crashing hard." The latest Community Apps Trilium is version 0.54.3.

Solution was to update Trilium first - in UnRAID, that meant editing the docker entry to "Repository: zadam/trilium:0.63.7" (click to Advanced view to be able to edit this).

After that, it just worked :)

I recently installed this one my server, and right away the docker is taking up 10.6 GB. This is by far larger than any other docker I have installed. Is it expected to be this large, or do I have an issue with my configuration?

  • 8 months later...

My current Triliumnext docker variables are:

TRILIUM_OAUTH_BASE_URL
TRILIUM_OAUTH_ISSUER
TRILIUM_OAUTH_ISSUER_ICON
TRILIUM_OAUTH_CLIENT_ID
TRILIUM_OAUTH_CLIENT_SECRET

The Triliumnext login screen looks good, but the login button directs me to https://trilium.mydomain.com/ and then it redirects to accounts.google.com for some ODD reason.

Anyone have some ideas why its not going to Authentik?

To anyone struggling to run Phoronix Test Suite - it's not your fault. Documentation on using the tool is lacking from the maintainer. In the container CLI, run cd /phoronix-test-suite then ./phoronix-test-suite <command>
