  1. I'm facing a similar issue too. I've tried all the steps detailed above and unable to find a resolution. I also copied over my libvirt.img file from a backup, but still no luck. Here's what I see in my libvirt logs under Settings > VM Manager 2020-02-15 23:46:48.072+0000: 22980: info : libvirt version: 5.10.0 2020-02-15 23:46:48.072+0000: 22980: info : hostname: vvolfbox 2020-02-15 23:46:48.072+0000: 22980: warning : qemuDomainObjTaint:9301 : Domain id=1 name='Gaming' uuid=05a5b827-d0e0-6148-6908-a6cf7506671d is tainted: high-privileges 2020-02-15 23:46:48.072+0000: 22980: warning : qemuDomainObjTaint:9301 : Domain id=1 name='Gaming' uuid=05a5b827-d0e0-6148-6908-a6cf7506671d is tainted: host-cpu 2020-02-16 18:55:24.227+0000: 22981: warning : qemuDomainObjTaint:9301 : Domain id=2 name='Gaming' uuid=05a5b827-d0e0-6148-6908-a6cf7506671d is tainted: high-privileges 2020-02-16 18:55:24.227+0000: 22981: warning : qemuDomainObjTaint:9301 : Domain id=2 name='Gaming' uuid=05a5b827-d0e0-6148-6908-a6cf7506671d is tainted: host-cpu 2020-02-16 18:56:51.838+0000: 22977: error : qemuMonitorIO:619 : internal error: End of file from qemu monitor 2020-02-16 18:57:00.541+0000: 22982: warning : qemuDomainObjTaint:9301 : Domain id=3 name='Gaming' uuid=05a5b827-d0e0-6148-6908-a6cf7506671d is tainted: high-privileges 2020-02-16 18:57:00.541+0000: 22982: warning : qemuDomainObjTaint:9301 : Domain id=3 name='Gaming' uuid=05a5b827-d0e0-6148-6908-a6cf7506671d is tainted: host-cpu 2020-02-16 19:00:44.554+0000: 22977: error : qemuMonitorIO:619 : internal error: End of file from qemu monitor Also attaching my diagnostics. 2. I had an error where Deluge was using the container disk image for my downloads, thus setting off warnings. Not sure what triggered this change, but when I tried to revert the location to usual <screenshot>, I got a command failed error: Error response from daemon: endpoint with name binhex-delugevpn already exists in network bridge.. 3. I ran an Extended Test on my server and after the test was completed it gave me a notification: Extended Tests Completed. Errors Found. But the Errors tab doesn't show any errors, neither does my syslog. How should I diagnose the problem?
