  1. Hey all, I've got a dashboard that's not loading and I've tried a few things, but I think I'm out of options for self support. What I've tried: reset of plugin (wipe) reinstall of plugin (uninstalled, deleted plugin folder, reinstalled) force smart+db I've attached all the docs I hope that you'll need. If I'm missing anything, please let me know disklocation.txt disklocation-2026-06-08 (2).log
  2. you should have the game now - as always, we greatly appreciate all of your efforts
  3. new game request: Ark: Survival Ascended (steam game id 2430930)
  4. Hey all, I got a machine check event, and I have no clue what that means, but FCP is telling my to post my diagnostics, so I'm doing so as a precautionary measure. Is anyone willing to help me out with this, and in addition, tell me what are you looking at/looked at in the logs to come to your conclusion? tower-diagnostics-20221213-0554.zip
  5. Hey all, Just upgraded from 6.9.2 to 6.10.0 and my VMs VNC no longer connects. As far as I know, I'm using default settings, but both of my VMs VNC worked pre-update, and they both don't work post update. The VMs themselves are working, as I can ssh into them, but the VNC itself just loads a failed to connect (Screenshot & diagnostics attached). Looks like there might be some related logs in the syslog - which if I'm correlating to the system/urls.txt file correctly, I imagine this is the cause syslog.txt: May 18 05:59:03 Tower nginx: 6. If you are using a Dell T310 - I don't think it works
  7. Hey, I can help here - afaik - this is an in-person (or remote management - like iDRAC6 remote management) thing - so you need to be at the computer or be able to access those deep deep settings
  8. Unsure if you saw the reply above - I am running Legacy
  9. Honestly - I cannot recall offhand - is there an easy way to tell without restarting? I bit the bullet and restarted - Legacy
  10. Honestly - I cannot recall offhand - is there an easy way to tell without restarting? Couldn't be - no need for VM's yet tower-diagnostics-20210302-1204.zip
  11. Hey all - congrats on the success so far! So, I'm wondering where I'm going wrong here - I think everything should be right - but it doesn't seem to be working for me. I have a Quadro P400 hooked up to my server, but the server doesn't seem to want to show it in the plugin: The card is unbound: Finally - I did set the driver version to latest (and restarted) I really hope I included all the info needed, and more importantly, I hope I didn't miss someone else having the same issue in the thread.
