[Support] MarkusMcNugens Docker Repository
Has anyone else's torrent client stopped working? This has been working fine for ages but it just stopped working yesterday. I can't access the webui although the docker container will start. If I access the logs I see the following error repeating. I'm not sure if the IP address it is failing to connect to is with my VPN. I'm using NordVPN to pass traffic through. Thu Jul 17 18:29:46 2025 TCP: connect to [AF_INET]X.XXX.XXX.XXX:XXX failed: Connection timed out Thu Jul 17 18:29:46 2025 SIGUSR1[connection failed(soft),init_instance] received, process restarting

Got this sorted. Restarting the docker container fixed it.

[Support] Josh5 - Unmanic - Library Optimiser
I've just set this up and got things running. I just want to convert all my media to h265. I've no interest (at this point) in anything else. I've got two plugins running the h265 encoder and the File Size Metrics Data Panel. For some reason (100% due to me doing something silly) the File Size Metrics aren't working. 1. The tasks are showing as complete but if I look at the log I see the following at the bottom RUNNER: File Size Metrics Data Panel [Pass #1] Executing plugin runner... Please wait Runner did not request for Unmanic to execute a command 2. If I go to the Data Panel in the UI I get this error. (img below) Clearly I have neglected to do something. What should I have done?

Files being saved outside of array - how to remedy
OK, I can't think how that happened. /mnt/Scratch/data isn't something that appears in Krusader. I only ever transfer these files from my download location in Krusader to the media share locations. The share is setup to use my array and the Scratch drive has never been in that share. However this has happened, how do I go about fixing this? I want to move the files so that they are all in the array and I want to do this without screwing something else up

Files being saved outside of array - how to remedy
I don't think this is it. The scratch drive doesn't show within the primary storage location. It is only a small amount of data (5GB) being split onto this but I don't want this to be a problem that gets worse. Unraid seems to have saved this data outside of the primary storage location.

Files being saved outside of array - how to remedy
I've got some media on my Unraid device. I have an array setup with parity protection. I also have a single consumer hard drive assigned as a scratch drive. I use this for things like download clients that are potentially active all the time. If I download a file, it is saved to the scratch drive. If it is media then I copy it from the download directory on the scratch drive to the media share on the array. I use Krusader to do this. For some reason now some of my media is showing as being split between the array and the scratch drive. It is still contained within the "media share" but the media share isn't setup to include anything other than the array. How did this happen and how do I remedy it?

Share ... references non existent pool cache
OK, I just rebooted my server (sorry, been away for a few days) I've now got two problems 1. The mouse pointer when I use the web management screen has changed. 2. My Qbittorrent docker won't start. When I try to start it I get an error dialog that pops up "Execution error. Server Error" I reverted the change to share.cfg and both of those issues resolved themselves.

Share ... references non existent pool cache
OK, thanks for that. I installed that plugin and managed to edit the file. I saved it and ran the Check Common Problems scan again. This hasn't changed anything. Do I need to reboot or anything like that?

Share ... references non existent pool cache
OK, now I feel like a complete moron. I've no idea how to do that. I don't have that file in what I see as /config/share.cfg I can see it at /boot/config/share.cfg I have Krusader setup for file management. When I look in /boot in Krusader it is empty. I know this is really remedial stuff but I haven't a clue how to do this now.

Hopefully I have done this correctly nas-diagnostics-20240416-1944.zip

Share ... references non existent pool cache
Sorry to necro this old thread. I'm having the same issue. The problem for me is I don't have a cache on my unraid server and I don't have any cache settings to change on the share pages.

[Support] binhex - DelugeVPN
Hi guys. I'm trying to set this up and I'm really running into problems. I've managed to get deluge setup and it will run but I am having difficulty accessing the webui. When I open the webui sometimes I get an error saying I can't reach the ip address. Sometimes I can access the deluge webui. Once I manage to get into the deluge webui the connection manager dialog pops up and the connect button doesn't respond when I click it. At the bottom left of the screen it says "not connected". If I stop and restart the docker container sometimes I can get the deluge webui to "connect". I managed to load a ubuntu torrent to test things and then it started downloading. After a few minutes the connection manager dialog popped up and is again unresponsive.

Weird boot issue - is there some obvious setting somewhere I need to change?
In case anyone else has this problem. The issue was the "Fast Boot" setting in the BIOS. Once I disabled this everything was OK.

I've got a weird boot issue with Unraid. If I turn the machine on or reboot, it just hangs on a black screen after the Bios splash screen. If I go into the bios and do nothing, just exit it, the machine boots fine from there. The motherboard is an Asus B560M-A
