  1. Logs 64% this AM. Reboot and all is well. I had not rebooted in quite a while. Thanks for the great plugin. Its very nice to know these tools are here.
  2. This happened to me also since the update. Let me know if more logs or diagnostics would help.
  3. So, I want to give SpaceInvaderOne credit as he did suggest that because I have an AMD CPU that the mcelog is not compatible so there is no way to see what those errors are. He also helped me to understand that the error is probably not something to worry about base don the info that is available.
  4. This is in Tools/Syslog (now I am just searching for "mcelog" and this
  5. How do I install nerdpack? CA only has nerdtools and mcelog is not a part of nerdtools. There is obviously something I am missing here. Or something obvious that I am missing?
  6. Fix Common Problems has reported an error but the solution is quite unclear to me. The More information link further discusses this mcelog as part of NerdPack, but the thing is I don't have "NerdPack" I have "NerdTools" and there is no "mcelog" toggle under NerdTools. Somewhere in my search I found something that suggested to use "edac_mce_amd" since I have an AMD CPU, but even that isn't found under NerdTools. I doubt my diagnostics (attached) are much help without the required log suggested by Fix Common Problems but if someone could give me some direction I thank you in advance. bkhunraid-diagnostics-20231220-1131.zip

  8. @JorgeBThank you for taking the time to review the diagnostics in my original post and pointing me in the direction of potential solutions. The first thing I did was just check on the cables to be sure they were clipped in and secure. I was concerned with temps on the drives as the case's 2.5" mounts were opposite the mainboard and I couldn't visualize how airflow would pass over them in this location and I had an dock for a 5.5 inch pay that holds 4 2.5" drives and decided to put it to use. This allowed me to disconnect, reconnect and be sure the cables were all secure and inspect them while they were disconnected. Everything seemed fine so I put it back together. Things seemed to still work, but I think the log file growth continued (subjectively speaking) on the same pace. Meantime I upgraded to 6.12.6 and my dockers stopped working. I knew I could no longer pretend there was not a serious issue and I took to time to update the firmware on the two drives. I have also scheduled the btrfs check hourly. There are loads of resources in these forums. Again, many thanks for your help. bkhunraid-diagnostics-20231206-2136.zip
  9. Ahh. So the prescription is to follow the instructions to replace the cable and then update the firmware (if needed) and then follow the instruction for what to do after it is back online. Will do. I will post my results here when complete. I might not get to it right away. Thank you both so much. I appreciate the time focused on my issue.
  10. Wow, thanks for your quick response. I appreciate it. I made changes to the cache drives in my system recently. I decided to mirror the two MX500 drives so that drive has been reformatted. Whatever was on it is not needed and everything is working as expected. How might I tell Unriad to just ignore and stop logging the error?
  11. System Memory Log 100% Looking at the log I really don't know what errors are normal. I did just reboot the server last week and it is my understanding that the logs start over on reboot so this is in a short period of time that the log filled up. The one thing I did in that time that is new is add a bumch of Windows VMs as an experiment for using VMs for my work. This is my personal server and I don't think I would run them in production permanently but I am still experimenting. bkhunraid-diagnostics-20231127-1217.zip
  12. I didn't read the release notes: https://docs.unraid.net/unraid-os/release-notes/6.12.0/#known-issues To use the Tailscale or Zerotier interface, it is required to add the interface name or IP address of the communication to the list of included listening interfaces. Important: It is imperative that Tailscale or Zerotier container is running before the interface is added to the list. For more information, refer to this Community forum post. I have not rebooted yet to see if this is persistent but I will follow along with these posts if I still have an issue.
  13. I've been loving this service and app. Thanks for creating it. I have recently had issues where file browsing or http interaction no longer connects as it once did. I can ping the server remotely, but not access any services. Has anyone lese hit this wall? How can I resolve?
  14. I just spent some time in the manual and docs looking for answer to this same question. I even searched the forum here and then went out to a Google search to get directed to this post. This is not a complaint, but I did notice that the general documentation is missing this important instruction. I feel like this exact answer to the question could be placed in the documentation even if in the Q&A section on the Getting Started Page.
