  1. Since the initial setup of my server, I've configured Macvlan. However, it's only recently that the server has become unstable. I deployed a Docker service called Scrypted, which streams my Onvif camera stream to Homekit, necessitating a fixed IP address. To achieve this, I assigned a fixed IP address through DHCP using the MAC address, so Macvlan is an indispensable choice.
  2. I do have save the syslog to server's local share, here it is. I removed some lines not necesarry. syslog-10.10.10.11.log
  3. My Unraid server frequently becomes unresponsive, with the hardware fans continuing to run loudly even though access to the Unraid WebUI and Docker services is lost. Additionally, active SSH connections are disrupted, preventing any further login attempts. I have redirected the Unraid syslog to the array appdata, yet each time, I fail to identify any significant information within. On this occasion, the server became unresponsive at 5:57 AM, and I proceeded to reboot it at 8:50 AM: Apr 10 04:37:02 Tower apcupsd[4390]: Communications with UPS lost. Could it be related to the SSD cache overheating, or is there another potential cause? I have also made the notification files permanent, and I observed that there were no heating warnings around 5 AM. tower-diagnostics-20240410-1007.zip
  4. Hi All, For some few months, I noticed when pulling dockers from app center, the UI becomes unresponsive, especially pulling a large image, The UI totally got unusable. Note that my dockers and VMs are still running fine and remain responsive. I don't know if it is a coincidence. I attach my diagnostics file. Should you have any further questions to help me, please let me know! tower-diagnostics-20240327-2218.zip

  6. yes, setting zfs master plugin not refresh automatically solved the problem.
  7. Hey, I can confirm without unraid webui open, disk can normally turn into standby mode. I set disk spin down in 15 minutes, I checked it after the 20th minutes.
  8. I have a raidz1 zpool with 3 16TB disks, I found it cannot spin down, becuase there are small I/O written every about half a minute. Kapture 2024-03-19 at 08.52.17.mp4 I re-checked my shares, no share is assigned to zpool right now, and I can see there is nothing in zpool at all. I've set spin down in 30 minutes in unraid settings.
  9. I got no space error in system logs but I see lots of free space in my cache disk.
  10. how can I check I/O problems, My server recently get frequently loosing responsbility with high fan speed.
  11. When I install a new docker app from community application, unraid server becomes terribly stucking, I went to dashborard where I see high cpu load, so I open terminal and run htop to see which process is taking too much cpu, but I see nothing there.
