  1. OK here is the fix. Someone just posted it to Reddit for our docker <path to your docker>crashplan/id/.ui_info Copy that to your windows box: C:\ProgramData\CrashPlan\.ui_info It then connects without issue for me. david
  2. A couple additional items. The Crashplan-desktop has the same issue, and it is running 4.2, not 4.3 From the log file on my windows client I see: [07.02.15 14:28:33.218 INFO connect com.backup42.desktop.CPDesktop ] Connecting to service at 192.168.1.107:4243 [07.02.15 14:28:34.240 INFO MQ-UI-0 com.backup42.desktop.CPDesktop ] Connected to service [07.02.15 14:28:34.240 INFO MQ-UI-0 com.backup42.service.ui.UIInfoUtility ] Loaded port=4243 and token from location=C:/ProgramData/CrashPlan/.ui_info [07.02.15 14:28:34.240 INFO MQ-UI-0 backup42.service.ui.client.ServiceClient] Getting initial application state for CPD, username=David, userHome=C:\Users\David, desktopFolder=C:\Users\David\Desktop [07.02.15 14:28:34.255 INFO connect com.backup42.desktop.CPDesktop ] SUCCESS on attempt #1 [07.02.15 14:28:34.302 INFO Factory$Notifier-UI0 com.backup42.desktop.Services ] DISCONNECTED! It is connecting, it is reading a token from the .ui_info file, but then it is disconnected. david
  3. Ok I have the same issue and filed a ticket with Crashplan Support, I got a message back today that says: "Hello, Thank you for contacting Code42 support. Headless systems are not supported, so I can't really troubleshoot getting them going again. However, the recent update introduced a new authentication check in the application, which is likely causing the issue. I would suggest taking a look here: https://www.reddit.com/r/DataHoarder/comments/3bszem/anyone_having_issues_connecting_to_the_crashplan/ https://github.com/droboports/crashplan/releases Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns. Thanks! Regards, " So basically your SOL. I looked at the reddit page and they talk about a new password hash that needs to be passed between client and server. I was looking at the my.services.xml file on unraid and see: <autoLoginPasswordHash nil="true"/> In my install that actually had a password hash, no idea where it came from. I asked a buddy to send me his (using the same docker) and his has the nil="true" and as of yesterday was working. I restarted the docker, but still get the hang. I'm not sure where this new password is, and tech support was not helpful, just stated there was one. Maybe this can help someone find it david
  4. I'm on 6b12 as well. I know the disk, disk1 that needs to be formated from RFS to XFS. I don't understand step 4, where is a settings page for each disk? I can see a setting -> disk settings, and that is selected as XFS default. But I don't see how to change a single disk. Sorry for being obtuse, david
  5. So how do I change the filesystem for a drive that is already in the array? Do I have to remove it from the array and put it back in? Just a little hesitant as I've not done this before. thanks david
  6. I've never formatted an already formatted drive. How do I do this? thanks, david
  7. I've a question. After I have copied my dest to source, then move the the files from t to root and stop my array. We then go back to step 2 and format the original source disk. Doesn't this format change the parity? Do I have to recalculate parity after restarting the array? thanks david
  8. I'm trying to flash my IBM M1015 (46M0861). I installed it into the server see that bios come up on boot up. I then try to run sas2flash and get: " No LSI SAS adapters found! Limited Command Set Available!" Looking through this thread I tried all versions of sas2flash with the same results. My unRaid box uses the ECS A885GM-A2 (V1.1) mother board. Anyone have suggestions on what to try next? My only other machine with a PCIE2.0 slot is my HTPC, would prefer not having to take it out of the rack to flash this card. Anyone have success flashing with this motherboard? What should I see in the syslog that shows if the card was recognized by unRaid? I don't see anything along the lines of "LSI", or "M1015", I also don't see the drive that is attached the to card in the devices list. thanks, dave Running: 5.0-beta14
