  1. Either of the posters above with the issue can you please confirm that booting in safe mode didn't help?
  2. My first one was the ZX Spectrum 48K (with a separate tape deck), this was probably the first affordable computer in Europe, it was released in the early 80s. Load ""
  3. That looks like a board BIOS issue, best bet would be to contact Asrock support.
  4. Problem with the controller: Jul 2 04:16:27 CMNSVR01 kernel: smartpqi 0000:0b:00.0: controller is offline: status code 0x1111 Jul 2 04:16:27 CMNSVR01 kernel: smartpqi 0000:0b:00.0: controller offline Power cycle the server and if the controller comes online, and it should, post new diags after array start.
  5. Try booting in safe mode.
  6. Enable the syslog server and post that after a crash.
  7. Configuration looks fine, do you have just a regular router or some more involved configuration, like a firewall, etc?
  8. Command line: BOOT_IMAGE=/bzimage vfio-pci.ids=8086:10c9 initrd=/bzroot They are stubbed to vfio-pci, remove that from syslinux.cfg and reboot.
  9. That's usually caused by an add-on device, after identifying the culprit sometimes switching slots can fix it, if not you can at least inhibit the error to stop spamming the log.
  10. Thanks, network-rules.cfg is not getting created, let me see if I can find out why.
  11. It failed the SMART test, it should not be used.
  12. There's no Linux module/driver mentioned in the screenshots, so cannot say if it was a software or hardware issue.
  13. Jul 1 13:48:56 Tower kernel: general protection fault, probably for non-canonical address 0x9c0101000034: 0000 [#1] SMP PTI Now there's something, but no Linux module/driver is mentioned, so don't know if it was a software or hardware issue.
  14. You can delete/rename network.cfg and network-rules.cfg then reboot to restore defaults.
  15. It's notoriously difficult to keep Unraid booting with Apple hardware.
  16. Unlikely that is the problem, but you can, if you upgraded using the GUI there's a restore option (Tools -> Update OS)
  17. Filesystem might have other damage, like the other issue, recommend backup and re-format.
  18. This is usually flash drive related, try re-creating it or use a different one without a key, just to test.
  19. Strange the call traces not being in the log, cannot see the reason for the one in the screenshot.
  20. Jul 1 16:29:19 Tower kernel: mpt2sas_cm0: SAS host is non-operational !!!! It's a problem with the HBA, it stops responding and Unraid loses contact with all disks, make sure it's sufficiently cooled, well seated and/or try a different PCIe slot if available, failing that try a different HBA.
  21. If the power supply idle control setting change doesn't help enable the syslog server and post that after a crash.
