  1. You could have a script running hourly/daily syncs using rsync or incremental btrfs snapshots.
  2. Diags are after rebooting so we can't see what happened, re-enable the disks and if it happens again grab diags before rebooting.
  3. You can edit the Netmask on the flash drive, /config/network.cfg, /24=255.255.255.0
  4. Nice led work :), like those Cooler Master cases, have some myself.
  5. Replace cables and rebuild disk7, then you can run a parity check or just wait for the next scheduled one.
  6. Start the array in normal mode, emulated disk should mount now, check if contents look correct, also look for a lost+found folder.
  7. Try upgrading the LSI firmware to latest, all p20 releases except 20.00.07.00 have known issues.
  8. Didn't look at the diags yet but based on the list you didn't do the pool device removal procedure.
  9. Please use the existing plugin support thread: https://forums.unraid.net/topic/34889-dynamix-v6-plugins/
  10. Not sure what the problem is but you can use the console instead, also don't use -n or nothing will be done, with the array in maintenance mode type: xfs_repair -v /dev/md7
  11. Next time please use the existing UD plugin support thread:
  12. Without parity you can add it to the array to an empty slot without issues, if you want to add it to a previously assigned disk slot you still can but need to do a new config first.
  13. https://forums.unraid.net/topic/10229-hpa-aka-why-are-two-identical-drives-different-sizes/ It needs to be on an AHCI SATA port, ideally Intel.
  14. That's not surprising, also not surprising that the command doesn't work with USB drives. If the drive has a HPA it should still work with USB after it is removed, assuming it's not the USB enclosure/dirive making it smaller, some USB drives are known to be smaller, e.g., some WD drives Mac.
  15. That is usually a controller issue, try connecting the disk in the onboard AHCI SATA ports.
  16. Check filesystem on the emulated disk7, actual disk appears to have a power/connection problem, check/replace cables.
