Anyone have an opinion on this.... I guess I really want something that can look like WMC and have same recording capabilities. So something that offers the following - Enable Timeshift Group Recordings Series Recording New and rerun - Records all episodes of the selected show. New only - Skips recording episodes marked as repeats in the EPG Live only - Records the episode ONLY if marked as "live" in the EPG. On the Fly recording Support multiple HDHomerun tuners

Interesting as I had the same issue after updating it. I removed it and readded it and that seemed to fix it.

My VM is on my "unassigned device" . MY CPUs show up like the following. How whould I assign my VM if I want 4-6 CPUs for it? cpu 0 / 12 cpu 1 / 13 cpu 2 / 14 cpu 3 / 15 cpu 4 / 16 cpu 5 / 17 cpu 6 / 18 cpu 7 / 19 cpu 8 / 20 cpu 9 / 21 cpu 10 / 22 cpu 11 / 23

I exported my Windows 8 presets I created and tried to import to the Handbrake docker with no luck. I don't get any errors but they don't import. Is it because I am going from windows to linux? I was able to do it in another windows 7 machine as a test.

Is the following possible - After a movie is ripped with makemkv to have it converted to a specific android setting I have setup on my laptop right now? I am looking for I guess a watch folder. Once I drop the movie in the watch folder it gets converted for an android device?

Yep my bad. For now I increased docker image size but still need to Check out the docker FAQ for why it was full.....Thanks again@!

Is it best if I setup a docker/etc on Unraid and use a drive I have in Unassigned Devices for TV Recordings?

Yes plexpass is an option but further on the bottom of my list as I don't have it and it is in beta.

Ok I will look into those. Any recommendations if I want similarities to WMC?

Ok so keeping disk+users set to secure should be tight enough security? Which leads to another question. I have a VM that runs mcebuddy to take TVshows from my HTPC, cut commercials, convert and write them to unraid share. Is there a way say from Midnight -6am to turn the share back to read/write so that MCEBuddy can write the file to the share in a batch file, cron job etc?

Isn't a security risk with drwxrwxrwx on all shares?

To add to this I have set all my users shares/disk shares to secure. But what is the default setting for linux security settings? Odd when I set this up and do a test I get HPTower kernel: blk_update_request: I/O error, dev loop0, sector 39504 Why would that pop up?

Ok my ssd failed me. I put in a new 500g but why am I getting two shares listed - One is the hard drive other the share name I gave it. I dont' recall it doing it with the ssd I had in there before. Is the pic I attached the correct setup. I have two shares when I go to my tower related to this - one called - hgst_xxxxxx 2nd called - 500g_sdg With the previous drive I just had 200g_sdg share.
