  1. Thank you for clearing that up. The internet is so wonderful for spreading bad information. Can't wait for my new drive to arrive. 😁
  2. I've been using the Dynamix SSD TRIM plugin for my BTRFS formatted cache drive. I ran across a post on Reddit saying that if your cache SSD is formatted BTRFS then you don't need the plugin because the file system itself does this for you. Is that correct? Also, I just ordered an NVMe SSD to replace my smaller SATA SSD. How does this affect me since NVMe is not an ATA specification so has different commands for this?
  3. At work now but I left Atomic Blond in my drive. I reloaded it and noticed that it briefly flashed something about BD+ in the header. Nothing in the logs other than it using Java. I even enabled debug logging and nothing in there about BD+.
  4. Fifty Shades shows AACS v63 while Atomic Blond shows AACS v58. Both of them show main title and such. Not sure what else to do to determine if they are using BD+.
  5. I’ve had two tonight that needed Java and both ripped fine. Fifty Shades of Freed and Atomic Blond.
  6. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to support an installation outside of Unraid. I've personally never actually successfully gotten this to run outside of Unraid. The project I took over was written specifically for Unraid so I'm not sure or if it can be usable otherwise.
  7. Are you running on Unraid?
  8. What path do you use to your appdata folder?
  9. Try changing to jasonbean/guacamole:0.9.14-3
  10. Try deleting all the files in your guacamole/log folder. I’ve recently changed my appdata folder from /mnt/user/appdata to /mnt/cache/appdata and there are apparently issues with file permissions in that situation.
  11. I've pushed out an update to copy the MySQL schema files to /config when OPT_MYSQL is set to "Y". If someone would rather use their own MySQL or MariaDB server rather than the integrated instance they must use these files to manually install and upgrade the database schema. Otherwise this is all taken care of automatically with the internal instance.
  12. What schema SQL scripts are you trying to run? I don't copy out the schema scripts for MySQL/MariaDB because they are used for the internal MariaDB instance. I only copy out the schema scripts for Microsoft SQL Server if that is the database type you've selected to use. I don't expect that the MSSQL scripts will work on MySQL. If you need the MySQL scripts you'll need to open a console to your Guacamole docker and copy the files from /root/mysql. Is there a particular reason for wanting to use an external MariaDB rather than the internal instance? The internal instance of MariaDB will always run so you won't be saving any memory. On the next release I will make sure the MySQL schema files get copied to the /config folder so you won't have to dig for them.
  13. Are you setting the password in your guacamole.config to match your external database?
  14. You wouldn’t use SQL Server auth. That is only for Microsoft SQL Server. MariaDB is the community version of MySQL so you would use that plugin for auth.
  15. I just noticed that when MakeMKV is doing audio conversion that "loop2", which is the docker file system device, is using a relatively high amount of CPU. I assume it's writing to a temp file somewhere in its container. This may be one reason for the extreme slowness during audio conversion.
  16. I have a weird problem when NZBGet is unpacking a download it causes everything else on my Unraid server to stop responding until it's finished. It happens whether the download is going to my SSD cache drive or to the array. Anyone know what could be causing this? My server is an i5 3470 using an LSI 9211-8i for the array drives while the parity and cache drive are connected to the motherboard's 6Gb ports.
  17. Unfortunately it appears that's what I'm going to have to continue to do. At this point I won't have lost anything since that's what I've been doing all along. It would just be a "nice to have" thing.
  18. Interesting. I did try this on a Windows machine last night with the latest version. While I couldn’t get my AC3 profile to work, it would crash MakeMKV, I tried the AAC profile and it ran at normal speed, no slowdown.
  19. Sorry about going on about this but I think I've pretty much chalked this up to my CPU. My Unraid server has an i5 3470. When doing the audio conversion it pegs one of the cores. I'm going to test on a Windows machine later, that actually has a weaker CPU (i3 2100), but I suspect I'll get similar results. I have to wonder how this is implemented though. Handbrake doesn't seem to use that much to just encode audio. If I'm using QSV on this machine I can encode a 45min video to 160x120 with 640kb AC3 in about 2-3minutes. So something just doesn't feel right with MakeMKV's audio conversion
  20. I just ripped a movie with the on-the-fly audio conversion and it took 5 hours vs about 30 without audio conversion.
  21. Ok, now that I have this working it's ripping REALLY slow. According to the post about on-the-fly audio conversion it shouldn't affect ripping speed much. Does anyone have on-the-fly audio conversion working with the Docker? Is there anything special I need to do to get this to work at normal speed?
  22. Ok, that fixed it. I guess I didn't understand that setting. It was originally set to /config/.MakeMKV but that was a symbolic link that was pointed to /config. So I ended up just pointing it to /config.
  23. Yes, the container can read it. Maybe there's something in the formatting that's wrong? I copied it from a MakeMKV forum post. ac3.mmcp.xml
  24. No matter what I do my AC3 profile doesn't show in Advanced settings. I named it ac3.mmcp.xml. Let me know if I need to refer this to the MakeMKV forums.
  25. I realize this may be more of a MakeMKV issue but where am I supposed to place custom profiles? I'm putting it in /config and /config/data and it doesn't seem to see it in either place.
