  1. Nevermind. Reading through the issues list on github, the app author explicitly stated that he wouldn't add support for importing recipes. Thanks for the work tho!
  2. does it have a way to import a recipe, say, mealmaster recipes? or scrape a url passed to it?"
  3. ETA on searching folders? Thanks for the update!
  4. So don't do it - you just won't be able to use the app.
  5. Still no support for folders that have movies yet. Will continue to chill until then (as I don't use Plex - no need to). Thanks for the update!
  6. Thanks - it's possible for sure. unRAID sees the USB 3.0 PCI-E card...if I plug in an external hard drive to it, I can assign that drive to a VM in pass-through without issues. Just that the speeds are slow as heck (basically USB 2.0 speeds) - was hoping that by passing the whole card through to the VM, the USB 3.0 external drive would get USB 3 speeds.
  7. Yup - all virtualization stuff is enabled in the BIOS. BIOS is the latest version available for the system board.
  8. OK - came back this morning, rebooted after removing the append part. VM settings sees the USB card, but when i check the box and click update to update the VM settings, they save. When I go to start the VM, get this: Nothing else is in group 27 (checking via command line and via the plugin): In the VM Settings, this is what I have set: Any other ideas?
  9. Thanks. Did that. It added 84:00.0 to the config. I rebooted, checked the box to pass through to the VM, same error as above. Do I need to remove the vfio-pci.ids=1912:0014 from my boot config? kernel /bzimage append vfio-pci.ids=1912:0014 initrd=/bzroot (theres more after this)
  10. Hey everyone! I followed SpaceInvaderOne's youtube guide for passing through a PCI-E USB3.0 controller I put into my unRAID server. When I go to start the VM, I get the following error: Followed the guide, see it in my pass through: Check the box, save the settings. Try to start the VM and get the following: Diag bundle attached. edit: I've also tried all 3 different settings for ACS override and the error persists. mediaserver2-diagnostics-20200316-1014.zip

  13. Create a Windows VM and run from that?
  14. When will this be updated to check folder(s) with movies in it and not just plex libraries?
  15. SO, doing a bit of a comparison between Tdarr and Unmanic. If I wanted to replicate the video encoding settings that Unmanic uses in Tdarr, what would I use?
  16. I did notice that the clone system clones the disks in the same folder path as the source disk - I would have thought that it would create a folder with the name of the clone (since we have the option to enter one before starting) and put the disk clone in there.
  17. So, test successful - creating a new VM and having the disk(s) be formatted as qcows2 allowed the docker to clone without issue.
  18. So...created a new VM with qcows2 for the disk, tried to clone it, and the clone process has started. Will post once it finishes, I test, etc.
  19. Thanks. I'm creating a new test VM using qcows2 disk instead of the default to see if that makes any difference too
  20. Dee - thanks for taking the time to help! I really appreciate it
  21. Here's a screencap of the docker config. The docker can see all the VMs I have on the server, start/stop/etc without issue:
  22. Morning folks. I'm trying to use the virt-manager docker to clone a VM I've created. It's a WIN10 sandbox VM for testing software builds, etc. I have the vm created on the unraid host, it works properly, etc. When I load up virt-manager, click clone and tell it to go, I get the following error: It's a simple VM - 30G disk image and the connection to the virtio ISO, 2 cores, 4gb mem, nothing special about the vm really. 1) yes - the disk location for this particular VM is on the array and not cache (intentionally) - array VMs is a share that is hidden, but is public: 2) I tried the docker with privileged mode both on and off and I get the same error. 3) I'm logged into virt-manager as root Any ideas? I've tried searching google but not having much luck. Thanks!
  23. One thing I like - how easy it is to add drive space to the pool to give my server more room. FreeNAS didn't make that easy. One thing I'd like to see added in 2020 - The ability to create VM templates to make it easy to import/export VM states (i.e. I can setup a Windows Server VM, get stuff configured like I want, export/save it as a template, then, if I want to create another VM off the template, I create the VM, point it at the template, Unraid creates the VM, lets me tweak whatever in the settings, boot, and go - no need to reinstall the software, etc - big time saver)
  24. Thanks for unRaid. I came over from Freenas....like ZFS, don't get me wrong, but adding more drives to an existing array, well, yeah. Main reason I switched to unRaid (and with the docker/vm support too!) Thanks again! J
  25. Deleting the database and reconfiguring from scratch seems to have fixed the issue Thanks
