Agreed, and this very well could be an issue. Once I got things back, I made sure to make sure there no writes to the array so that wouldn't be an issue.

Post follow up: The array is back, no data loss, both drives are back with the parity intact. @trurl While I appreciate your assistance, there is often multiple ways to solve a problem. Respectfully, thanks.

Update: I was able to get the drives to mount by creating a new configuration.

Thanks, I'll review these when looking back at the logs NUT is not running and I can't verify that it was working before. I am going to assume its not as when looking at the logs I need to be on one level above to have this version of NUT running.

Yes, unfortunately I did reboot, I'll try to remember to grab diags next time before rebooting. For now, it is emulated and looking at the drive and the settings it doesn't show any smart failures. However, I can't run any self-tests or anything.

Hello everyone, I just had a nice run of bad luck yesterday when the power failed. I do have an UPS on my drive shelf and on the Unraid server. There should be a script that checks the UPS and once the battery level is below a certain level, it should shut down the server. I'm not sure if that didn't happen and eventually when the server came back on one of my parity drives and one data drive have a red X next to it. What I have tried. - I did a complete shutdown of the array and re-seat the drives (both are viewable in the drop down for selection) then re-booted the server. When it came back, both drives were still down. Are there any other suggestions to try besides drive replacement? If we are headed to drive replacement, which one should be replaced first, the parity or the data drive? Thanks,

Question: I tried to do a manual backup today and after it took too long I aborted it. According to the log the backup is still running however there has not been anything written to the backup directory. Is the a process I need to kill a process so it won't be listed as running? Thanks

Just chiming in, I was able to install and then restore from a previous backup. Seems to be working fine now. Thanks @FlamongOle!

So, I installed the dev version and I still have the same issue. I was able to find the plugin directory but I was not able to find any logs. Is there somewhere else besides /boot/config/plugin/disklocation (and disklocation-devel where the logs might be?

I am in the same boat as of last night. I'm going to see if I can uninstall the plugin then manually install the test. Will post logs if successful

Question: I recently added a path for podcasts so that they are separate from my audiobooks. However, I noticed that when I update ABS the path disappears. I have to manually add it back. Has anyone else noticed this?

I was going back to look at my disk configuration and I see that everything is clear and no drives have been defined. Unraid: 6.12.10 Disk Location: 2024.03.22 I can see in the plugin directory that there some backup files, is there a way to restore my previous configuration?

Just checked, that is a machine on the network that I did copy files from UR. I don't recall getting auth failures to llogin from that machine. But, its good to know. I'll reboot it in case its still trying to reach out to UR. Thanks

I just noticed this FCP notification and just wanted to check on it. I don't have any SSH ports open to the server I also don't have this machine in the DMZ.. On Jul 18 there were 17 invalid login attempts. This could either be yourself attempting to login to your server (SSH / Telnet) with the wrong user or password, or you could be actively be the victim of hack attacks. A common cause of this would be placing your server within your routers DMZ, or improperly forwarding ports. This is a major issue and needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY NOTE: Because this check is done against the logged entries in the syslog, the only way to clear it is to either increase the number of allowed invalid logins per day (if determined that it is not a hack attempt) or to reset your server. UPDATE: After searching some more in the discord I came across a thread that said to delete the artemis folder. I did that and also added docker pull gotson/komga:1.x so that I'll stay at 1x and be more careful with my updates and its working.
