I have the script running plexdrive in the background. But when I stop the script, i can see that plexdrive is still running. If I run plexdrive in console, then close the console(putty), plexdrive stopped running. What can i do to make that when i stop the script, things inside the script stop running? Thanks.

Just wanna say that I have successfully converted all my drives from reiserfs to xfs. I have 15+1+1 drives. All except parity have been converted to xfs. Thanks for a very good guide.

Unfortunately, the config folder cannot be recovered completely. I can recovered pro1.key though. one of the files that i cant recovered is domain.cfg. the subfolders for config folder can be recovered except plugins folder. the key file is also in my email. as for the usb drive, i cant recovered it no matter what i do. i have spared usb drive though. what i will do now is 1. prep a new usb drive with latest unraid. 2. copy Pro1.key file of old failed usb drive into the new usb drive. (can this work? Pro1.key is tied to old failed drive) 3. what other important files that i need to copy? disk.cfg, drift, go, ident.cfg, network.cfg, network-rules.cfg, passwd, passwd.txt, random-seed, shadow, share.cfg, smb-extra.conf, smbpasswd, super.dat Thanks.

Hi, My unraid flash drive just died. I cant repair it in windows. Says its read only. I cant fully copy the files into another folder. Some files seems corrupt. So what now? If I use new flash drive, what would happen to my unraid? Are all files still intact? Can I install new flash drive and start unraid array? THanks.

Thanks all. I didnt know that Auto Parity Check after unclean shutdown doesnt fix parity error. You have to manually initiate parity check with checked "Write correction to parity" to fix parity check errors. To unraid devs, I would recommend an indication whether Write correction to parity is check or unchecked during parity checked information how much parity errors are corrected out of parity errors detected on parity checked before To those that are having the same problem as me, I would suggest to initiate parity check with checked "Write correction to parity", twice. Yes, I am using reiserfs on all disks. Should I convert the filesystem? I have stopped default parity check after boot from unclean shutdown and manually check Write correction to parity. Then I start parity check. 10 hours later, after parity check has completed, there is still 88 parity check errors. Included are the latest logs from Fix common problem troubleshooitng logs. My parity check found 88 errors. My unraid share drives doesnt work after few hours the server is up. Still like that even after few reboots. I had to force reboot(hardware reboot) as reboot ssh command doesnt to work. 'reboot' in ssh only give 'The system is going for reboot NOW!' message. No reboot even after few hours. How do i log in to plex web ui? what is the username and password? I tried unraid root username and password, doesnt work. how do i reset the user authentication? tried deleting plex docker and deleting appdata\plex folder still same results.

Im running the debian version and there is nothing in the log. When I try to attach to the container, I cant do anything. I would like to see the file system inside the docker and try manually update ps3netsrv using precompiled binary.

How do I access mounted USB drive from windows? I can see the drive from network, but when I try to access the drive, a dialog box requiring user password pops up. Tried put root username and password, but the same dialog box keeps popping up. In the main unraid web ui, I have enabled share on the drive. In the unassigned device settings, I have select 'No' for 'Enabled SMB Security?' It appears that the owner of the folder(checked from winscp) is root. How do I change it to nobody from the webui?
