I do have pretty regular power issues (out in the country) but I have a UPS that will usually let me know in my logs if the power failed and I didn't see anything like that. Edit: Unless by this you meant a power supply issue? I'm not sure how I would diagnose such an issue.

I rebooted into safemode and am doing a full read check and am running xfs check for the disabled disk. Any other recommendations?

I have just ordered a replacement disk. I really just want to make sure this is just a bad disk and not something worse. Would appreciate if anyone more knowledgeable could check my logs. Just to reiterate my requests in a clearer format than a block of text, see my following list. Better utilization of full width of the page. Only one script (at least) per line. Foldable or popup script descriptions (w/ clickable url links?) Colored icon or other type of scheme for displaying script activity/status and schedule types at a glance. Script Organization: Ability to shift scripts around. Ability to group into folders. Minimize or hide unused scripts. Separate buttons for quickly renaming/editing description/editing the script each with a single click. Below are just some quick googled examples of things I had in mind. I'm only talking about the visual layout and organization functions of course. Even a slight resemblance to this would be much easier on my OCD brain. Thanks. Hi, I have an update request for the user scripts plugin I apologize if this is the wrong place for that. Is there anyway we could get a reorganization of the user scripts display? In my opinion, currently it feels very clunky and annoying to try to navigate and find my scripts. I currently have around 50 different scripts and am regularly adding more. The only way I've been able to manage them is to organize all my scripts into groups and the title the scripts with numbers according to those groups. I have to make sure I use the correct title when I add the script because it won't let me change the title again unless I delete and re-add it (I know I can edit the titles but that only changes what's displayed, the alphabetical position only ever uses the first title). And even with that, it's still takes me a good bit of scrolling back and forth to find my scripts. It feels like half of the page is basically not being used. You could reduce each script to use only one single line by moving the description to the right half of the page and reducing the button sizes if necessary. From a glance, it's kind of a pain to see which scripts are being used. Using some sort of colored icon scheme to visually show which scripts are scheduled, what type of schedule they are using, and perhaps any active scripts. And if I could have all my wishes, any easy way to shift different scripts around, organize them into folders that can be folded, and perhaps some kind of hover popups that show any descriptions with clickable links would be a godsend. This is just some basic functionality imagined by someone who has literally zero experience in GUI/web design. I'm sure someone with experience would be able to come up with something even better. I'm aware that this takes work and I would try to do it myself if I knew literally anything at all about web design, html, css, etc. So this is just my last resort. I'm having what sounds like very similar issues. I have RMA'd disks, replaced RAM, replaced all SATA cables, moved to HBA splitter and yet I still get endless corruption issues and ata dropout errors whenever I try to copy anything to my RAID5 cache. I'm at the point where I have made the decision to move to TrueNAS because of a year or more of these issues but I'm stuck with unraid until I get a new machine.

Unfortunately, ut's an ITX board with only on PCIe slot which is occupied by my SAS card. Hence why I'm trying to utilize my APU. My though is that I have an APU just sitting there taking up overhead on my CPU so I might as well try to use it for something. So I thought I would try making my existing server into an extra windows 10 machine for me to use for basic web browsing in my bedroom.

I should have waited a few minutes before commenting. I tried changing some settings in my BIOS and apparently there was a setting for the GPU to use pcie insteaad of integrated (I don't have a pcie gpu). After changing that setting and reinstalling the radeontop plugin, my VM is now passing through my APU! I haven't tried a reboot yet nor have I tried GUI boot but I'm optimistic. Anyone having similar issues should double check all your BIOS settings! Now I just have to figure out how to get my damn usb i/o to pass through.

Wondering if you could still help me. The radeontop plugin seems to be able to install successfully now but I still cannot boot into GUI mode. I gave up on that and am now just trying to get a passthrough for a windows 10 VM to work. Whenever I start up the VM, I can tell that something is happening because my HDMI output goes black in a similar way to when trying to start GUI mode but nothing more than that. Just like GUI mode, CTL-ALT-F3 bring up a cursor for command entry but that's obviously not what I'm looking for. Any ideas?

Just FYI, the find command created by this plugin is hanging and preventing my array from stopping. It gives me an unclean shutdown every time I reboot so I had to uninstall it.

Well that's embarrassing. I don't know what I changed but it looks like it installed. Been screwing with this thing for days. I will have to see if my GUI works now whenever I get the opportunity to reboot. Thanks!

It's happening again without QDirstat running. So far Disk 2 is the only disk that has found files after multiple scan attempts on all disks. I know there are tons of files on the other disks that are not being found for some reason.

Thank you. I think it may have something to do with my QDirStat docker. It only seems to happen with that docker running. After a reboot and disabling that docker, my scans seem to be working. What would you recommend my next steps be to find out why that docker is giving me OOM errors (or if something else is).

Does anyone know why my scans always fail to scan any files? I have tried different folder exclusions and even removed all exclusions altogether any yet anytime I select "BUILD" or "EXPORT" for any disk, it scans 0 files for several hours and always has zero files at the end of the scan. I assume I'm doing something wrong but I've tried all different types of settings and hash methods and no dice. Screenshot below.

Can anyone help me out? I feel like I was the only person with this issue that WASN'T trying to use any of the drivers. I just need to be able to access my GUI so I can setup an rclone config. (would be nice to have it for emergencies too)

I'm pulling my hair out over here. My GUI also stopped working. I don't use any NVIDIA or INTEL special drivers and have an integrated Radeon R7 APU. Can someone please help me figure out how to get my GUI back.

I'm also having the same CPU spiking issues. Been struggling with this thing for months and am at the point where I'm about to just disable it. My settings basically look the same as those above (although I can't see any timeout settings). Do most people have this set to use separate processes per disk? Disabling that is the only thing that has had much impact on the CPU usage. EDIT: Just FYI the high CPU usage isn't constant but it spikes to 100% like every 3 seconds for less than a second. I have a relatively good processor as well (at least for a server).
