Which files or folders do you need exactly? I did not changed anything on the files, just copied the content from the intel example file to the custom.sh file.

[Support] chacawaca - post-recording
Hello, Thank you for your effort and I am happy that I can make the first post on your topic. With the first video your program still worked, with the second unfortunately not anymore. Would you take a look at the logs, maybe you can help me. Docker log: https://pastebin.com/2KuPHS8i Unraid logs attached. tower-diagnostics-20200826-2103.zip

Unable to open /dev/net/tun, is tun module loaded?: No such file or directory
Thank you very much for the non-existent answer, a restart helped. However, the problem already came in several other posts without a solution.

Unable to open /dev/net/tun, is tun module loaded?: No such file or directory
Hi, when I try to start my Ubuntu 20.04 VM, I get the folling execution error: "Unable to open /dev/net/tun, is tun module loaded?: No such file or directory" As I can see at the moment my Windows VM and my docker container are running without problems. tower-diagnostics-20200822-1454.zip

[Support] binhex - SABnzbdVPN
Sabnzbdvpn runs without problems when I set the network settings to "Bridge". If I go to "br0" here to get an IP address different from the host, the web interface doesn't work anymore or can't be accessed. Sabnzbd and Privoxy are listening on the correct ports when I look at the log, but the web interface is not accessible and a portscan only shows that Privoxy is running. tower-diagnostics-20200808-1458.zip Sabnzbdvpn Log.txt

Not able to change scheduler settings
I checked again today if I can change the settings and today it went without problems. I did not make any updates or other big changes. I cannot explain to myself why it is possible to change the settings again and not before.

Not able to change scheduler settings
I tried a reboot a few hours ago. The result and the errors in the log are the same. tower-diagnostics-20200713-2000.zip

Not able to change scheduler settings
Hello, I currently cannot change my scheduler settings. If I select another value, the button "Apply" is grayed out. This applies to the parity check and the mover settings, for the speed test the button is enabled. If I try to change the value from Monthly to Weekly during the parity check, a new tab with the URL "http://tower/update.php" opens immediately and nothing else happens. Currently I use the Google Chrome Browser, but I have the same phenomenon in Firefox and in Firefox in incognito mode. Therefore I restarted the server a day ago, which unfortunately didn't help either. tower-diagnostics-20200709-1740.zip

Extremely slow Parity-Sync
I think the most sensible way for me at the moment is to remove the disk and distribute the data to the other disks. Should I do this best with UnBALANCED? And if the data is copied, do I need a new configuration without the hard disk? Can I do that? So first copy, then new configuration without the hard disk.
-
Extremely slow Parity-Sync
I think it depends on whether I get the hard drive money back or a new one. So for now it would be best to start the normal rebuild and if the hard disk should be replaced again?
-
Extremely slow Parity-Sync
That's what I'm thinking now. I ask for a return for the hard disk. If I can remove the disk from the array and distribute the data to the other hard disks, I would still have enough space on the disks. If so, how do I best proceed without risking data loss? I did not started the array until now, after restarting the machine.

Extremely slow Parity-Sync
Hello again, today the error occurred again. I just tried to shut down the server using the normal "Clean power down" function. After the timeout "force shutdown" occurred and after the system was rebooted and not shut down, the hard drive was gone again. The pattern is that the disk is no longer displayed after a shutdown. I didn't otherwise touch the case, touch any cables, or make any other changes to the hardware, I just wanted to turn it off to move it. After two reboots, the hard disk is visible again in the UnRAID, like the last times before. tower-diagnostics-20191016-1703.zip

Extremely slow Parity-Sync
What do you mean with PM? Yes, it's a white label disc, you're right. That's exactly what I did yesterday, I connected the drive to an internal port and the other drive to the controller. I'll keep it under observation and report back otherwise. Thanks.
-
Extremely slow Parity-Sync
Then I will try to buy one of the controllers and send the other one back. I looked once and the controllers are available for a good price probably only used. But how is it that only one hard disk was affected at a time? Three times only exactly the one hard disk and for one month it worked.
-
Extremely slow Parity-Sync
Yes, it is connected to an multiplier. Card with Marvell 88SE9215 controller and ASM1062 from ASMedia. Can I find this information on this forum at any place? And which controller should I better use for, than I would replace it. Hard to find another controller without Marvell in Germany.

Extremely slow Parity-Sync
Hello, the problems were no longer present for a long time. Today I couldn't use one of my VMs and wanted to restart the server. I shut it down cleanly via Power down and didn't disconnect the power. After the reboot Disk 3 (OOS8000G_00000000 - 8 TB (sdk)) was only emulated. After your last tips I had exchanged all cables and also checked the power plugs. If I see it correctly, the hard disk is still recognized by the system, isn't it? In the appendix the logs of directly after the restart. tower-diagnostics-20191011-2118.zip

Extremely slow Parity-Sync
I just did what you suggested, and the process started normally. After a few minutes the page refreshed (I don't know why) and the array was stopped again and the message about the missing encryption key came up. I re-entered the password and restarted the array with the option "parity correction". Now it's back, but it started all over again. Speed shortly after start: Total size: 8 TB Elapsed time: 1 minute Current position: 9.40 GB (0.1 %) Estimated speed: 103.9 MB/sec Estimated finish: 21 hours, 22 minutes Sync errors corrected: 0

Extremely slow Parity-Sync
Just to be sure: The hard disk allocation must be exactly the same as before and must not be extended by a hard disk until parity is restored, right? Does it make a difference if the ports have changed (for example from sdc to sdf) because I changed ports and cables yesterday?
-
Extremely slow Parity-Sync
Okay, so first I do the extended SMART test, and if it's okay, I'll assign the disks as before. If the parity data is then used to restore the data to disk 3, or the parity data is overwritten, as I see from the message (starting the array will override the data or something like that). The following hard disks are in the system: 8TB (Parity 1) 3TB 3TB 8TB (This disk is disconnected during operation) 4TB 2TB 6TB 6TB 6TB After reinstalling the disk I wanted to restart the parity process and it was so slow. At the moment the disk is removed, but I could reinstall it. What do I do now to recover the data that was on the disk, because I have a new config, but before the new config the parity was supposed to still exist.
-
Extremely slow Parity-Sync
I'm just not sure I understand you right now. My approach would be like this: I start with the new config, reassign the disks to the slots as before the new config. Then I set the disk I want to remove to unassigned, is that right? But if I start the array at this point, it will automatically rebuild parity and I loose the parity data which is avaiable at the parity drive and loose the data on the disk and I lose the contents of the hard drive I removed earlier. So I lose the data and the data to restore the removed hard disk via parity, or do I see it wrong?I or?
-
Extremely slow Parity-Sync
The first 8TB hard disk is the Parity Disk 1, the second 8TB hard disk has disappeared from the configuration during operation. I reinstalled it and restarted the server, then it was there again, but the Partity Check / Rebuild process was as slow as mentioned in the original post. Then I exchanged all the data and power cables and rebooted the server with the 6TB for the 8TB hard drive because I thought I could replace it with a smaller one. After that I created a new config. This is the current state. What is the best way to keep the parity (I can reinstall the old 8TB HDD) but how do I get the config back? When it looks okay, I will try to build the parity with this disk enabled. But as mentioned above, how to revert the new config change?
-
Extremely slow Parity-Sync
So on, I just ordered new cables for all drives and assembled them. Trying to replace the possibly defective 8TB drive with an 6TB drive, I hit new config. Can I undo this step, because when I now start the array I will loose parity and the data from that 8TB disk, or? Partiy was valid before hitting New Config. I think it is better to ask before making the next step, the server is off until your answer.

Okay, that's pretty weird. Attached the last two logs. Thanks in advance for the help. tower-diagnostics-20190913-1411.zip tower-diagnostics-20190915-1244.zip

Extremely slow Parity-Sync
A short question, how long does it usually take for the diagnosis log to be completed? I just waited 50 minutes, is that normal? I have now aborted it, if it can happen that it takes so long, I will restart it now.
