  1. Scratch that figured it out, just had to map the vdisk and it was as easy as that.
  2. Understood thank you for the help, looks like I got all my dockers up and running again. Is there a similar step through guide for reinstalling VMs? I have a game server I don't want to fuck up and lose months of progress on by installing it wrong.
  3. I'm running Version: 6.8.2, attached my diagnostics. Today I installed an additional cache drive, currently I ha ve a 250Gb and a 1TB drive for my cache pool. The cache pool was working fine earlier today apart from my VM randomly pausing which I attributed to the cache pool being full even though it showed free space. Link here to what I'm referencing Now it says "Docker Service failed to start." and no VMs are available. I can still navigate to my shares that hold my dockers and VMs and everything is still there. I've tried restarting my computer and balancing cache pool, neither worked. I have Fix Common Problems installed and that shows no issues. Any ideas on where to start? bernard-diagnostics-20200322-0444.zip
  4. How does their servers impact the boinc manager connecting to the client?
  5. I was able to finally get connected after about 8 minutes of waiting. I'm guessing it's a hardware issue since nobody else is reporting it. I'm running dual e5-2448L with 48GB ECC RDIMM. Wiring in house is all Cat 5e. Guess it's time to do some upgrading.
  6. Now it won't even connect it's just stuck on "connecting" in the bottom right. I'm on Unraid Version: 6.8.2
  7. Nope no extra parameters or arguments it's all default except port number. It's using default CPU and mem usage. I have just over 13GB mem available.
  8. Yea I think I waited about 4-5 minutes for it to connect? I get to the point that I have about 50% of my 32 threads running on boinc with still no connection. I enter the IP address, password, and it takes a minute for it to bring up that window and it just sits there. https://pastebin.com/59waUuxB
  9. I get this issue when I launch the docker and sign in to the web gui. Everything at default and I see cpu usage so it looks like it's running. Any reason why i just get stuck on this and can't connect?
  10. After starting up BOINC I'm having issues reconnecting to it. I did a fresh docker install today and i'm using BOINC Manager on Windows. I was able to do the initial setup just fine, but now that I have tasks running it's impossible to connect to the docker. And there's no way to stop the tasks without connecting through the Manager. This is all I get when I try to connect.
  11. Any other suggestions on what I can try?
  12. Thanks for the tip I didn't know I had to do that with the machine type as well. I started a new template, changed machine type to i440fx v4.2 and I'm still getting the same issue. Still getting random freezing.
  13. Apparently its the game. It has terrible speed from a network drive apparently as other games aren't having a problem. Diskspeed shows the disk having 100+MB/s speed so it's not a disk issue.
  14. I'm having an issue with very slow read speeds from one of my drives. I don't believe the entire array is affected, it looks like just one drive. When I'm reading I get less than 5MB/s speed. It's painfully slow. Configuration is local server and local PC, two separate computers. I'm not trying to run a VM from Unraid, this is a separate computer. I have nothing else active right, no VMs or Dockers having disk activity. I've tried suggestions from this post and it didn't work: ethtool info: root@Bernard:/mnt/user/Games# ethtool bond0 Settings for bond0: Supported ports: [ ] Supported link modes: Not reported Supported pause frame use: No Supports auto-negotiation: No Supported FEC modes: Not reported Advertised link modes: Not reported Advertised pause frame use: No Advertised auto-negotiation: No Advertised FEC modes: Not reported Speed: 1000Mb/s Duplex: Full Port: Other PHYAD: 0 Transceiver: internal Auto-negotiation: off Link detected: yes EDIT: Apparently my 5MB/s speed was due to the terrible game I was trying to load. Normal speeds are around 60-70 which is still much slower than what they should be. bernard-diagnostics-20200117-2149.zip
  15. I just tried them all but no luck: I have it setup with SeaBIOS, it wouldn't even launch if I had it set to OVMF. No iteration of i440fx would work, all of them gave me this error. I updated it with emulation but it still didn't work. Froze after a couple minutes after launch.
