ArteX
Hey guys, Recently I bought some new parts and used my old parts to replace my linux server with a unraid one, It's been online since yesterday but it keeps crashing after a hour+- each time. I have the following specs: Motherboard: Asus B350 prime plus CPU: Ryzen 1600 Ram: 16 GB ddr4 3200mhz Hyper X fury GPU: Asus GT 710 Cashe: Crucial BX 500 Storage: One shucked WD My book (Didn't need to mod it for it to work) PSU: Seasonic focus GX 550. I'm running the following dockers: Plex, QbitOVPN, Smokeping, Stash and darkstat. At first I thought it was my ram cuz i've had issues in the past 3200mhz not running stable on first gen ryzen but I changed it to 2400mhz and I still have this issue. I use the following plugins: Dynamix SSD TRIM, Community Applications, Fix Common Problems (No errors found or noteworthy warnings) I really want to love unraid but unfortunately I can't right now cuz its not stable any help would be really apricated ! ChatNoir
Just go into BIOS and adjust your RAM speed and C-states as mentioned in the FAQ. Then see if this fixes the issue. Quote Link to comment
ArteX
Sure, The ram speed was already on 2400mhz so that was already fine, I juse disabled global C state and we'll see how that goes Quote Link to comment
ArteX
Its been up for 24 hours, seems like it will stay this way! Thanks for helping me Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Usually you don't need to completely disable C-states, just set "power supply idle control" as explained in the link above. Quote Link to comment
