I think your issue is that you have to use lower case:

-modifier raids less -modifier portals casual -modifier resources muchmore -modifier deathpenalty veryeasy -modifier combat easy

and this goes in your GAME_PARAMS

cool I think it works I just took it from the manual I found\appdata\valheim\Valheim Dedicated Server Manual.PDF

I don't know I thought it should be in lowercase I had also tried it with periods and commas in between. but now it works Thank you very much
