Enable/Disable toggle on devices in Docker config

EspHome - sometimes I need the usb device /dev/ttyAMC0 in the docker config, sometimes I dont.
if its in the config, not plugged in, and I try to start the docker, it fails, then a month later when I need it again...  I have to re-add it, usually having to google it again too...
cant we just have an enable checkbox beside devices in the config?

Why not set up a "second" container, name it EspHomeACMO or something, where you duplicate everything except the name and that device?

Asked for the same thing (and a little more) 3 years ago, and still think its a good idea
