Header flashing white when switching tabs again (dark/black theme).

Did not see this on rc1 and I do not have the connect plugin installed.

All good, but had a spurious (false) warning on array start:

Nothing usual in log.

Updated 7.2.0 --> 7.2.1 no issues. Thank you

Yea, the pool looks fine, but if it happens again, please create a bug report with the diags.

Updated from 7.1.4 to 7.2.1 - all Docker Applications and Plugins working as expected.

Same issue as others with the Banner flashing from white to dark grey (custom colour) when switching between tabs.

Is the ZFS bug fixed? The one where if your pool is ZFS only you randomly lost the ability to write to it in 7.2?

It should be; at least the users who tested with 7.2.1-rc.1 reported no longer having the issue.

Great! Thanks!

Update 7.2.0 to 7.2.1 without any issues.
Thanks for all the good work

I am not seeing this behavior.

Me neither, and I saw it with 7.2.0 with multiple servers, but some users are still seeing it, unclear to me if it's hardware or config/plugin related for now.

As I said. Didn't see it in RC1.

How could it be hardware?

Theme black. No banner, custom bg color black, custom text white. No Connect plugin that had that bug for a short while pre 7.2.1.

Edit

I also experience slow gui so the white flash is relatively long.

Updated from 7.1.3 to 7.2.1

The GUI is slow... snoring slow... and every time i use the menu, it switches from dark gray to white for 1-2 sek (i use a custom banner) and the UNRAID lettering disappers for the same time...

Using FireFox 145.0.1

Thats been happening for ages now, at least the whole 7 version. Happens during mounting the disks and it being still busy with mounting the array or something (all my drives are encrypted so who knows if that affects the speed with it) then it pops that message without anything else having any info about it. you can ignore that.

Edit: checked my char history, this is from the 9th of april. But it already happened before that

edit it.PNG

Text says, im sure that its a decryption bug, i saw it live, the whole array list was empty and then popped the notification while it was still decrypting the drives.

I see it too, there's been speculation that's due to unraid-api, it's had stuff changed around header color and what's baked in 7.2.1 is newer than what was on the RCs. Changelog for the included version suggests it was fixed earlier, but...

That shouldn't happen. If it is, then there should be an RC2. The difference between final RC and release should be zero except for version number.

Updated from 7.14 to 7.2.1 no problems so far.

Problems I faced so far on my trial license 7.2.1:
1. Shows trial remaining period as Expires in {0} despite around 20+days are remaining for expiry
2. When I am downloading any app, header turns white while my original header is black

3. UI is not reachable intermittently for 10-15 seconds (my network is working fine)

Nothing as complain, but my initial observations.

The first two are known issues, and the 1st one can be resolved if you install the current Connect plugin, possibly the 2nd one as well.

For the 3rd one, please create a bug report in https://forums.unraid.net/bug-reports/stable-releases/ and post the diagnostics.

White flashing stopped after Connect install.

Btw, what's this?

7.2.2 is also out if you want to upgrade, includes the API that the Connect plugin you installed ships with to fix the flashing.

The max_children setting means that there is a lot of activity on your server's webGUI, causing a lot of workers to be spawned by PHP - do you have a lot of containers, etc. that might cause this to happen?

Thanks, I upgraded to 7.2.2 too.
Depends on what you mean with "a lot" but I have 30. ;) This started happening some versions ago (I also run RCs) but more often now.
