outatouch0
I am using the Configuration Tutorial. I am at the section: Add Drives to the Array I have run preclear x3 on both drives, Assigned largest as parity and the other as disk 1. Enabled shares. I am on Step 5: Under MAIN, the start button is greyed out and it says "No array disk devices have been assigned" It seems that under DEVICES: The changes are NOT taking effect immediately syslog.zip Quote Link to comment

switchman
I would also hold off installing any add-ons as this thread, http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=28142.0 makes me think there is probably going to be another RC. Will just make it easier to upgrade. Quote Link to comment
outatouch0
Just a followup - things are working great with RC5a and plus license - 5 disks Quote Link to comment
itimpi
Just a followup - things are working great with RC5a and plus license - 5 disks I assume you meant RC15a? It is worth pointing that RC16c is the current latest release and 5.0 final is looking imminent. Quote Link to comment
garycase
Just a followup - things are working great with RC5a and plus license - 5 disks Definitely upgrade to RC16c ==> there's a serious data loss issue in RC15a that's been resolved with the latest release. Quote Link to comment
