Glimmerman911
There is a plugin manager with unraid 6, but it does not detect my PlexMediaServer txz file. How do I properly install this and have it installed every boot? Link to comment
trurl
Well, txz files will be automatically installed on boot if you put them in /boot/extra. However, the better way is to use a docker or at least a plugin. If you don't want to tackle docker yet, see the plugin subforum for PhAzE thread. Link to comment

This allows the plugin manager to keep track of what is installed, alerting when new versions become available, and allows the user to do a proper uninstall once not needed anymore. Or start using the Docker versions ... Link to comment
