I followed this guide and was able to get this going on my main vlan but noticed that devices on my other vlans don't connect, even if I manually assign a dns to it on their settings. I can reach the portal and ping pihole from those devices, I just can't use it's services though.

Did you assign the Primary DNS to the Pihole assigned IP?
