Thank you for the guide, everything works now.

Anyone looking to solve the issue for an Ugreen 4800 plus NAS, yes this still works even though the guide is 5-6 years old.

I'm having trouble getting hw transcoding to work again after upgrading the version of Plex I am using. For background, I was using a very old version of the Plex app in Unraid as I saw no reason to update, not until recently when it became incompatible with the mobile app.

Before updating, I was able to use hw transcoding all the time including remote plays. Since the update, it hasn't worked once. I even tried titles I know worked before, so I'm a bit baffled.

My server has an Intel 5775C processor with Iris Pro 6200 iGPU. I've made sure the Docker setup is as per the guides and also have checked the right options within the Plex app itself.

Looking at the logs, the only warning I get is "Critical: libusb_init failed".

Any help would be appreciated, as having a working iGPU transcoding was a big win for my setup and use case.
