MacRaid
New to unraid or any similar, I made it as far as having a parity disk and a disk1. Now I'm trying to transfer my data from normal SSD to my disk1 (unraid). In MAIN I can see and mount my SSD but when I move to Kruseder to make the transfer I can't find SSD. -SSD is inside my case connected thru sata -Same issue with 2 more HDD that I'm trying to clean. -Tried with unBalance I see only the unraid disk1 - Have the plug in unassigned devices and the plus Any help will be appreciated... Squid
You probably don't have a mapping added for the unassigned device in the template. You have to map something like /UNASSIGNED to /mnt/disks 1 Quote Link to comment
trurl
And make sure that mapping is read/write slave. Quote Link to comment
MacRaid
Thanks for the quick response, I'm not even sure how am I supposed to "map". Should I be doing that at command line? Quote Link to comment
trurl
Click on your Krusader docker icon and select Edit. You would add another path. 1 Quote Link to comment
MacRaid
So, what I did was reinstall Krusader (not the binhex Kruseder) and then my drives appear as unraid_unassigned_disks. Thanks guys for sure I'll be back. 1 Quote Link to comment

This worked like a charm for me to allow me to connect to remote shares - edited the Binhex-Krusader container to add a new "path" called /REMOTES on the container and located at /mnt/remotes/ on Unraid (Host Path) and now I could see and interact with the remote shares... Thanks! Jon 1 Quote Link to comment
