xxloubexx Posted August 5, 2020 Share Posted August 5, 2020 Hello, I installed unRAID for the fist time on my new usb key, and it seems have a problem. When I launched the machine and access to web interface, there is a red message who says: "flash device blacklisted". When I click on it, I have a strange UUID. I attached the picture for you. I tried to change the port of usb key, format a lot of time and it doesn't work. I also try the usb creator, the key is not reconized. Can you please help me to solve this problem ? The GUID is hard coded into the flash drive itself and the one you bought does not have a unique GUID. It has a generic GUID that is the same for many flash drives produced by that manufacturer.It is blacklisted because someone already tried to license UnRAID with a flash drive with the same GUID.You need a new flash drive from a reputable manufacturer with a unique GUID.Most Samsung, Kingston, Lexar, SanDisk, etc will work.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote Link to comment
