    i have my unRAID(v6b15) as Esxi quest, but wont upgrade until new version of vmware tools plugin will be there..

    Yes, i think so, just put those xml in Profiles folder, and then try to play something mine WDC media player started to work after that..

    but how about existing users? so we need new version of Zeron's plugin every time when linux version changes.. and this open-vm-tools is a part of every linux these days i think... VMWare recommends use open-vm-tools on linux guests too instead of tools included with vmware..

    if you are about Plex profiles, then you need to create folder Profiles on plex settings folder and then put these xml files in it. mine looks like /mnt/disk1/appdata/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Profiles i have one profile in it called WDTVLive.xml

    don't underestimate esxi as it is one of the most powerful virtualisation environments i use free version, but i think there are lot of us using paid VMWare version too.. i can live with that as it is, and wait until Zeron provide us with new plugin any other opinions?

    Just issued a new version, see if it helps in your case. thanks! looks like everything is ok right now, i can see my boot device under unassigned devices and can mount it successfully! happy days :)

    can you explain a bit more? if my esxi shuts down from esxi side, then i think i need these tools, let esxi host do a clean shutdown of unRAID, or not? ok, i have an apccupsd running on one of VM's, so no problem with power outage - i can shutdown unRAID from outside with powerdown plugin in place..

    Hi, i know, Zeron is doing great job, but maybe it's time for open vmware tools included on standard unRaid? i know, lot of us are using unRAID as esxi quest, but to upgrade to every next version with linux changes, i should wait for Zeron's compilation...

    Well, before xamindar's complaint, I thought the auto update was working, so I stopped updating the container. I will release an update soon, if you can wait until there.... no problems, i can wait for some time so i installed your current syncthing docker, and it upgraded to last version automatically for me but cant start after upgrade, so manual start stop required and all is up and running.. looking to configure it.. any advice? i did not use syncthing before..

    Hi, a quick question to gfjardim about Syncthing docker.. i wanna give a try to this docker, but to me it looks old version(0.9). according to https://syncthing.net/ 0.11 is current.. are this true or docker updates something automatically?

    Hi again, i have disk.EnableUUID option in place.. if this option is missing then i have no option to add my esxi RDM drives to unRAID. i have two RDM's in this config: Raid0 volume as parity and Raid1 volume as cache drive.. any other things to test? Hi, are there any news for my problem?

    did not for sure, but this happens to me to Windows Machine too where i don't access unRAID WEB gui at all it's working for me now, so i mark this resolved. it's up to you then investigate it or not

    ok, the same appears about template field - on chrome won't work at all - field was active, but when i enter one repo, and then save, field is empty again.. on IE it worked for me on third or forth time - did not remember, hit or not an Enter at the end or not.. after that i was able to setup plex media server container

    tried, field still disabled.. looks like i found a bug this happens with google chrome, it works ok with Internet explorer.. cos i have ubuntu workstation, no other browsers here. tried then from Windows machine and voila.

    Hi, total newbie on dockers here i want to try create my first docker - so went to Settings/Docker but field for Docker Image is disabled.. what i'm missing? when i set Enable Docker/Apply then nothing happens. Log says: Not starting Docker: no image file defined i'm on unRAID V6/b15
