    So, hat sich dann demnach erledigt, kann jetzt über die subdomain-b.domain.net aufrufen, dann teste ich heute mittag mal ob das mit dem ssl auch klappt...
    Waren wohl die Einstellungen bei all-inkl.com mit ddns und dns Einstellungen..

    Habe es wieder hinbekommen, hatte noch ein Backup von vor ein paar Tagen, dieses habe ich dann in den korrekten Ordner kopiert, jetzt sind wieder alle EMail samt Einstellungen und den neuen EMails von vor ein paar Tagen wieder da....
