  1. Just noticed that you have a parity check scheduled to run daily, we usually recommend doing it once a month.
  2. Please use the existing support thread for the docker you're using:
  3. Fix filesystem on disk1: https://wiki.unraid.net/Check_Disk_Filesystems#Checking_and_fixing_drives_in_the_webGui Run it without -n or nothing will be done, if it asks for it use -L.
  4. If it passed the extended SMART test it should also pass a preclear, you can run multiple passes but since the disk is now working it might reduce its life, I would just use it normally and monitor.
  5. I asked him to post here since I assumed it was an issue with the plugin only, @kcmccombsis this a problem with the plugin or is the Unraid server not able to access the internet, i.e., can you for example ping Google from the console? If the server can't access the internet post the diagnostics in your general support thread.
  6. Emulated disk is mounting correctly, that why maintenance mode wasn't enough, disks look fine, you can rebuild on top and re-sync parity at the same time, since we can't see what happened it might be a good idea to replace/swap cables before doing it to rule that out if it happens again. https://wiki.unraid.net/Manual/Storage_Management#Rebuilding_a_drive_onto_itself
  7. Start the array, as long as the emulated disk is mounting all you need to do is a standard disk replacement.
  8. It's not, and please post the complete diags: Tools -> Diagnostics
  9. Looks like a bad disk, but you should have also replaced or swap the power cable, just to make sure, that's why I said cables, not cable [emoji846]
  10. This should never happen, you should have system notifications enable to be notified immediately when there's a problem, or it might be too late. Next time before doing this grab the diags or the syslog will be lost after powering back on. Start the array, grab the diagnostics and post the here.
  11. DIsk1 is still generating ATA errors errors and the SMART report is incomplete, did you replace the cables?
  12. Not ideal but usually OK, it will run at the lowest speed of the two (assuming the CPU could run the higher speed), same for CAS but in this case at the higher of the two, note that the reported CAS is for PC-10600, it will likely be the same at PC-8500. Depending on the server more ranks can run slower, especially with 2DPC, so use minimum number of ranks available for the DIMM size you want. This, like mentioned ideally all DIMMs should be identical.
  13. That's a separate issue, do you have an attached monitor/IPMI? is it booting normally?
  14. No, you need to rebuild them: https://wiki.unraid.net/Manual/Storage_Management#Rebuilding_a_drive_onto_itself You can do both at the same time.
  15. As you prefer, if it just started you can cancel if not let it finish or you'll need to start over.
  16. What is not working? Disk are now mounting, they weren't before, they are still disable, that is expected, you need to rebuild them to fix that, but first they have to mount and show the correct data.
  17. Don't understand, latest diags show both disks as mounted.
  18. OK, so this was done after replacing disk1, in that case fix filesystem on disk1: https://wiki.unraid.net/Check_Disk_Filesystems#Checking_and_fixing_drives_in_the_webGui Run it without -n or nothing will be done, if it asks for -L use it.
  19. There are some known spin down issues with v6.9.2, best bet for now is to downgrade to v6.9.1
  20. Parity disk is invalid, when did that happen, after or before the rebuild was complete? Server was rebooted after the problem.
  21. Parity disk dropped offline, this is usually a power/connection problem, replace cables and post new diags.
  22. Not related. No, formatting will delete all the data. Please post the diagnostics: Tools -> Diagnostics
  23. Both disks dropped offline, this is usually a power/connection problem, check/replace cables and post new diags so we can see the SMART reports.
