  1. Ok. I might just have to look at building up a full docker with folder monitoring to do all of this automatically like the auto-comskip did but without the commercial cutting included.
  2. I actually have a comskip.ini from a windows client that does exactly what I want so I have what I need. I guess I will try to give it a spin. Does the docker base you mentioned also monitor a directory for new files?
  3. Referring to the auto-comskip. Is there any way to get it to only detect commercials and output a vprj file to a specific location?
  4. And its been up for 22 hours after the power supply change so that was hopefully it, thanks!
  5. It really seems like Unraid is being rebooted when I attempt to access the GUI over the network after its been brought up and logged into. I just changed the Power Supply Idle control from Auto to Typical Current Idle and booted it back up and am now letting it sit.
  6. I updated the bios and disabled C-states and made the zenstate change to the go script. I will power down later and look for the typical current idle setting in the bios. Thanks!
  7. I havent dont anything other than assemble the hardware and see if it would start then was surprised when it rebooted on its own. It rebooted again a few hours ago. so I will hop into the bios and poke around. Is there a chart about what to disable on a Ryzen 1600?
  8. I just finished installing new hardware (AMD Ryzen 1600) coming frotower-diagnostics-20191231-1701.zipm an old Xeon when I received the Hardware check events errors. I have attached my diagnostics logs. The only MCE section I could find is: Jan 1 00:51:19 Tower kernel: mce: [Hardware Error]: Machine check events logged Jan 1 00:51:19 Tower kernel: mce: [Hardware Error]: CPU 0: Machine Check: 0 Bank 0: baa0000000060185 Jan 1 00:51:19 Tower kernel: mce: [Hardware Error]: TSC 0 MISC d012000100000000 SYND 2d033300 IPID b000000000 Jan 1 00:51:19 Tower kernel: mce: [Hardware Error]: PROCESSOR 2:800f11 TIME 1577857859 SOCKET 0 APIC 0 microcode 8001138
  9. Not informing you that they are going to do it is the bad thing. I also havent found a way to turn that off either.
  10. I did what you suggested and found that Avast, in their infinite wisdom, attempts to hack into network devices when running a home network scan. That probably generated those login attempts because Im 99% sure that Wednesday was when I was updating my wife's laptop and running scans on it.
  11. I had the message about a possible hack attempt on the Feb 20th and when I looked in the syslog I found that they were coming from the ip address of my wife's laptop. I then scanned her laptop with both Avast AV and Malwarebytes, both of which came up clean. The login attempts were against both a telnet session attempting to use username UNKNOWN and proftpd using both "admin" and "Admin". Has anybody seen this combo of attempts to point me in the right direction on her laptop? Nuking it from orbit is the last thing I want to do. Thanks all! Edit: I am putting this at the top so that people dont have to scroll down. The culprit ended up being Avast Antivirus which I had scan my wife's laptop. One of its scans found my server and did a security check on it, which caused the login attempts.
  12. I created a docker script that takes inotify-command and adds comskip to it so that I can use it for automatic commercial detection but I dont see a way to create a Docker for testing using a local file. Is it possible to do this or do I need to create a git repo, push my file and then add it to docker?
  13. I just realized that its only partially working on 6.5.3 for me. I have one share with a recycle bin directory but none of my others have one even though I just deleted directories off of them. The plugin screen is only showing the user share with the directory present. All files/directories were deleted via a windows box, the ones in the missing share was done through explorer by hitting Delete the ones in the other share which is present were deleted via a program that cuts commercials out of shows then is set to delete the original source when finished.
  14. I added the inotify-command docker and set the host path to point at the directory I want to monitor. The docker never starts and nothing is showing up in the sytem log to explain why. I didnt modify either Key 1 or Key 2. Edit: And Im an idiot, RTFM. I thought I had to get it up and running so I could access its console to modify sample.conf, nope. I have it up and running but now need to install comskip. Any chance of cloning this into a repo that automatically installs comskip?
  15. I guess if I have access to the command line I could install comskip myself then set it up to monitor a directory and run a script if an item is detected.
  16. Do you have a way to add in something like comskip to your docker such that I could have the docker monitoring for files appearing in a directory and automatically start comskip?
  17. Im having issues with the version of comskip installed with the official plex docker so was wondering if I could install comskip onto Unraid and then let that docker access it.
  18. Has anybody figured out a way to get Plex to run comskip through a postprocessing script so that it leaves the xml/vprj file? Ive been trying to run "Plex Commericial Skipper" by hand but it keeps giving me an error with the video codec on the .ts files.
  19. Im not sure that applies since I havent assigned an IP address to my plex docker.
  20. I ended up buying a supermicro server working pull off of ebay for $165 https://www.ebay.com/itm/Supermicro-X9SRH-7F-LGA2011-C602J-DDR3-i350-IPMI-Motherboard-Fast-Free-Ship/153024719263?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649
  21. Fix Common Problems alerted me to a call trace that was just ptower-diagnostics-20180520-0935.zip osted and stated I should post in support so here goes. Nothing hardware wise has changed on the server. I have attached my server diagnostics. Unraid 6.5.2 on an i3-4340. 22. I ended up buying a working server pull motherboard so I will see how that goes.
  23. On that note I ended up searching ebay for C602 based boards and found a Supermicro ATX board that should work for $165. Im just waiting on a reply about some specs of it.
  24. Awesome, thanks! I just picked up a 3TB Red for $99 as a spare.
